Super disappointed at both my first two orders, I wont give them a 3rd opportunity. The first time they call me 20 minutes after my delivery time to tell me they are cancelling my order because their driver broke down, and the 2nd time the order showed placed and email read to pick up but they said the order wasn't made or due to be made for another 45 minutes. Customer service is not a priority at this location.
Staff is attentive. Sam, Elijah, and Mr.wayne were amazing help. Thank you for the freshest brownies!
Ordered pizza, got the wrong thing been trying to call for over 20 minutes, even called the sanford store and they tried to call the cell phone of a manager& no answer, no answer on pizza hut like either. LITERAL JOKE. Disputing these charges immediately !
Wish they would give the option for 0 stars. Received the wrong order and was hung up on 3 separate times by employees while on an endless hold. Finally, realized I should act like I’m placing a new order…. Low and behold I am put in contact with the store who proceeds to tell me I got something like what I ordered and if I want a refund or new order I need to come to the store. What’s the point in choosing delivery if I have to go to the store anyhow? Why am I tipping to receive the wrong order when I’ve got to drive the same distance and what happened to customer service?! Short staffed isn’t an excuse when the employees are rude and don’t care. Will never order from this establishment again.
Good pizza. I loved the spicy lovers’ pizza. Although the breadsticks could have been better. Service when picking up the order was great.
This specific store is always prompt and very courteous when delivering. I happened to be on the phone with a client today when they delivered and he was very understanding.
Our pizza was not cook all the way through. We ended up putting it into the oven. Was not ideal.
pizza was luke warm even though I showed up at the exact time. sodas were luke warm. too expensive
The pizza was dry with barley any sauce or cheese. The boneless chicken wings had barley any sauce drizzled on them.
The Pizza was ready on time. The person at the register was friendly. And the pizza was great
