The customer service at this location is SORELY lacking.We ordered 1 pizza and an order of chicken poppers for delivery. The confirmation said our food would arrive within 33-43 minutes. An hour and a half later our food still hadn’t arrived so we called the store. The manager was unfriendly and blamed our delayed order on several things.Look, I own a business. I get it, things happen, but that doesn’t mean you don’t try and still make it a pleasant customer service experience for someone paying for your product, especially when there are so many other competitors out there. At the very LEAST, apologize, and if you’re really trying to salvage the situation, offer a coupon or at least offer to remake the food so it doesn’t arrive ice cold. At this rate we’d already waited over an hour, I’d have preferred to wait another 45 minutes for fresh, hot food and not the lackluster cold pizza we received.The manager needs an in service on customer service, or perhaps she needs to work somewhere that doesn’t require interacting with the general public.
Predictably good. Pizza is ready faster than I can get there. Every time! Going there for years and I will keep going back.

Man I ain’t never in my life had a Papa John’s pizza with steam flying out of the box. That pizza was so hot it was the perfect temperature when I got home.
Today it was the worst everI ordered grilled buffalo papadias and the halapeno popper rolls ,, it was the worst everI wish i can share the pictures of my order.. too bad

Always consistent and I never had deli every issues. For your local chain pizza this place is great.
