Panera bread has really gone downhill and do not care for there customers. Recently went to this location. Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and when we got it the bacon was undercooked. So I took it back up and asked to have it re heated. Then when My wife received the sandwich again the bacon was still under cooked. She went back up and asked to be heated again and they refused. And just blankly stared back at us like we were stupid. Alls they did was refunded us the sandwich and walked away didn’t offer to make a new one or cook the bacon longer nothing…..I will not be back to this location.
Don’t go in here. If you’re in drive thru and you don’t leave without your full order, right? You go in here and expect them to mess up no less than 5 times each time. Like burnt bagel, missing a drink and then upon asking for it making it wrong way. Don’t go in thinking this is better place than dunkin and all. They’ll rip you then you tip them then they still give you no (timely) service and burnt food. Be careful walking around patio, you may twist your ankle easily. A lot of cracks
The lady at the front I forgot her name very tall was super nice- she was the best thing about the visit my dad liked his food my soup was great my sandwhich was just thrown together with just a lite touch of tuna it’s like they forget to put it on there. They were semi busy so I just ate my soup and didn’t say anything. I’m hoping they were having a off day. We don’t live in this area though so I doubt I’ll be back to know
For those not familiar with this chain (foreigners for example), Panera is good for those needing to get on wifi to get work done, study or research. Food is ok, nothing amazing so can't say I go out of my way for anything in particular off the menu. The location itself is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive. Wifi works great.
Never had come to this location since we had the heathrow one much closer. I will never come back. Service was borderline. The food was poorly presented, the chicken was in the fridge for too long and had freezer burns. My spouse salad was even worse. I can’t recall having such an experience in other locations. But this events impact the business image. I understand that the pandemic has affected the food industry, but we pay the same for a bad or a good food .
I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant to find the dining room closed. A sign said to go to the drive thru to pick up online orders. When I finally got to the window, my order was not ready AFTER a text from them said my order was ready. What is your problem Panera!!! Terrible customer service. I am never going to the Sun Drive, Lake Mary location ever again. This isn't the first problem I have had here. This is the LAST problem I have here.
Inconsistent service, lazy workers.I go through the drive thru on my way to work everyday and pickup a cinnamon roll for breakfast and ask for it to be warmed up. Some days they will do it, and others they say they can’t. I asked why and got a poor excuse for it being “against the rules.” Meanwhile I know there is a microwave in their dining room that is available for them to use. They’re just lazy and find excuses to not have to do work. Congrats on losing my business with this franchise.Also, your bread is always stale and never fresh!
Probably the worst bagels at a Panera I’ve ever had. Definitely not baked the same day. Just go to the Starbucks across the street. You’ll pay more but at least it will be edible.
The salad I ordered was meh meh !But tuna sandwich was great ?Love to add potato chips to my sandwichI appreciate the well mannered staff. They are very pleasant too.
