Very impressed with this property. Yes, it’s undergoing some updates, but what has already been done is quite nice. The rooms are nice, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed on the concierge level which afforded a fantastic breakfast buffet. Every associate we encountered was exceptionally nice and professional. Fantastic location close to the interstate and within walking distance of several nice restaurants.

Stayed for one night, and had a great experience at Orlando Marriott Lake Mary! All the people with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful, and the warm breakfast buffet more than made up for the temporary closure of the executive lounge. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and the rooms were clean/well proportioned. I would definitely stay here again.
I booked a club-level room, which was located on the 9th floor. There is absolutely no reason anyone should pay the additional cost for this room type. The only benefit is access to a floor to which those who are located on the floor are allowed. Yes, the hotel is under remodel, however, According to the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary website this room type includes THIS IS VERBATIM: "This room features Club lounge access Open: Mon-Fri, Open: Mon 7:00 am - Fri 11:00 am, Closed: Weekends, Private access floor, Complimentary food:, Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, Includes hot breakfast for 2 guests. There was NO breakfast, NO food, NO beverages..not even offered a bottle of water. The staff even advised me that since the concierge room is closed, there is really no benefit to booking this room type. Orlando Lake Mary Marriott should be ashamed for misleading and misrepresentation of what you pay for versus what you actually get. In addition, as a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, none of my requests were acknowledged nor provided.
The staff in the catering hall were very attentive. the rooms are comfortable and the location is great!

If they had had a complementary breakfast they would’ve gotten the last star. The room was wonderful clean spacious and cool! The lobby was gorgeous, Nice pool, plenty of parking and good central location. No complaints
Very nice, and it will only get better as they are going through a renovation, which they think will be finished around August 2022. The outside pool is a good size and there is a bar and restaurant on the property. There is a Publix close by, and other restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
Staff very friendly. For the price,not a great value. Under construction. Rooms comfortable. Could be cleaner, sticky stuff on night stand. Floors need to be scrubbed. Creamers for coffee sour. Bedding worn. Lots of places to eat in walking distance.
Nice hotel, the hotel lobby is nice, business friendly, with a bar. The rooms are nice, very cozy, spacious, and clean. I prefer the higher floors. The lower floors doesn’t have a great view.
