Best sushi in the area. Fish is fresh, preparation excellent, and service always friendly with good cheer. Take out ramped up quickly during the pandemic; fun to go back to eating inside. Happy Hours are great value
The decor in this place was definitely a 4 out of 5 for me. I loved all the Japanese touches they had everywhere. The only knock I have would be the lighting. It was very yellowish.The service was a 3 out of 5. I don't know if the server was new but he kept us waiting before he would come take our order. I also asked what he would recommend and he didn't suggest anything he liked or his customers liked. I wish I had gotten his name so the restaurant could give the feedback. He was very nice and so I'm not saying he was bad just needs improvement in a couple of areas of service.We order several dishes to try out and for the most part they were good. Some of the dishes lacked the flavor bombs I was hoping for. The shrimp fried rice had a good flavor but it was missing some salt and garlic flavors. The rolls we had were very tasty which I loved. A couple other dishes helped round out a very decent meal. I would have to give the food a 3 out of 5.I would definitely come back and recommend others to give it a try.
It's a little pricey, but we ofc expected that before going! I don't eat sushi of any kind, but they had plenty of other options for me; Super stoked I found a place where my other half can get his sushi on & I can eat some delicious cooked salmon (or something else if I want)! The Ginger salad dressing for our little side salads was AMAZING! I also enjoyed the house Pinot & we both had some nice hot Saki! We'll be back soon for our 3 year anniversary at the end of the month! ??
Mikado quickly became one of my favorite places, especially during happy hour. They’re definitely a go-to for sushi and yummy appetizers for a great price but I wouldn’t say their hibachi is the best. Very friendly service and food tastes fresh. I always recommend this place
Absolute best sushi spot in Orlando. Volcano, Mexican and ocean roll are some of my favorite. I’ve been coming here for years and have tried to find a better sushi restaurant closer to me without any luck. Mikados offers an AYCE menu which include some delicious apps, kitchen dishes, signature rolls and dessert. So worth it!

The hibachi was delicious super flavorful . We got there about 30 mins before closing witch I never do. But I was starving. Was really impressed with the calamari!! The service was good will be back again.

My first time eating here and I was not impressed with what I got, and I eat Asian food all the time!First let me say, the chicken and steak was great. Cooked perfectly.Now, the egg fried rice has a bad smell and taste which was disappointing along with very soggy, even had my boyfriend try it and he said the same thing. The noodles were plain and bland. I received a salad instead of soup. Their "white sauce" taste like plain ranch.Maybe their other dishes are good, along with their sushi, and maybe I just got a bad batch? Don't want to spend the money again just to find out, especially when I spent 50.00.
This place really stepped up over the past few years! Mostly quick and very pleasant service with super fresh food. We've been eating here for years and really love it. The four chefs are amazing and create some delicious dishes. Diverse menu and vegan options too. Highly recommend.
