This location is the worst. The Saturday night manager Emily and Dillian have no education or customer service skills. The cheeseburgers were hard as a rock and not edible. The manager was rude and not helpful. She did not care at all that the food was bad and refused to give me a refund. She should not be a manager. Hire someone who can do their job properly and make sure the establishment is running correctly.
What an absolute failure of a McDonald’s, this place used to be the best McDonald’s for 100 miles, this McDonald’s now has had multiple instances where they get my food wrong ins the 6 times I’ve been here they have messed up my order 5 times, the most recent time tonight I came in around 9:50 and sat at the order window for well over 25 minutes after being told I would have my order taken shortly. I called out to the person working at the time that had told me that 4 times within those 25 minutes before leaving and still not getting serviced. Not only this, they aren’t even open 24hrs a day like they say on their website, this is a blatant lie and they do not serve food after around 11:30 pm. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS that I have ever been to hands down, I can’t believe that it has gone down so much since Covid started to be in this pitiful of a state.
I’d honestly give them no stars if I could. I waited for over a half an hour for my curbside order, for them to turn the lights off, and blocked the drive thru lanes off so I couldn’t even get my food. I won’t be coming back here.
The quality of this McDonald’s was high 4 years ago and has been consistently going down. Additionally they love to cheap people out of their food. I came by here a week ago to order large fries with no salt and medium fries no salt. They don’t even fill up the fries anymore! They are filled to 1/2 way and propped in a way as if you are getting your money’s worth. Big rip off! Especially compared to places like Five Guys that add ADDITIONAL fries to the bottom of the bag along with the ordered fries. And they make theirs HOMEMADE! I know a box of frozen fries is way cheaper than homemade ones but yet they are very stingy on portion sizes. Not work the 3.29 they charge for it. If you want good value for your money, your better off going to Wendy’s.
I like that they are quite efficient especially in their drive through. Went during busy hour and even though one of the 2 lines was closed, it moved quick. Food was hot and fresh. And of course the Shamrock shake was back and the kids love that. Now it's also easy to order via there app, and you get perks from the app.
I have been to this McDonald's a few times for lunch and found it to be a really good one. Today I went for breakfast and I have to say that this was the freshest breakfast sandwich I've ever gotten at McDonald's. It was so good and the staff was very nice definitely a McDonald's to recommend.
Drive thru only and kinda hard when your a driver with a big trailer that is taller then the drive thru area .
Horrible, nasty attitude when taking my order. Can't believe this was in Heathrow, Lake Mary. Then didn't even say you're welcome or have a nice day or anything just handed food and shrugged with attitude at window. Coffee was black when I asked for light and sweet and my McFlurry was missing m&m which I was charged extra for. Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is because the fries were really good.
Excellent customer service from everyone, my hotcakes were fresh and delicious. I especially loved the coffee, everything was done out of ❤ even the customer service. Thanks to everyone at McDonald's International Parkway, Lake Mary, fl. ❤ Mz. Monae ?
Your average fast food experience. Staff were friendly and did a good job. Restaurant was clean for the most part. Food of course is standard, I personally do not enjoy it.
