Restaraunt is poorly managed, and very unorganized. Management is not on the same page when it comes to customer relations, I won’t be visiting this store again and have forwarded all of my documentation to the Regional team with the help of McDonald’s’ customer service. If you’re calling this store to have any issue resolved, don’t bother, it’s a waste of time.Despite that, it’s labeled as a 24 hour McDonald’s with closure at random times throughout the day. You’ll be in the drivethru for a while, and might even end up paying for the completely wrong meal and being refused a refund.
This McDonald's is so chaotic I have never been to a McDonald's like this! There are two lines and people just dart in front of you to get into different lines as well as the person taking the order keeps you waiting for 10 minutes on the right side whereas three cars have gone on the left side. When you finally get to ordering oh it's 4 minutes before lunch time and you can't place an order for lunch when you have seven cars in front of you it does not make sense!! Never going to this McDonald's again!!!
Beat customer service from Erika and Gursin! I had a special request for my kids’ ice cream and Erika sharply anticipated my needs… she completely read my mind! It was a quick trip and positive experience. I’m soooo glad I chose to go inside rather than the looping drive-thru line.
Why is Chic Fil A next door so much busier but they don't have the issues you guys do? I think they need a pay cut...not a raise to 15 an hour.Took me 45 mins to get this sorry pos sandwich and there was a total of 4 cars on the drive thru. Who tf does this?? How much do you think you’re worth? I should pay ten bucks a meal for this?
Worst McDonald's ever, any where. Literally slap yourself if you are thinking about coming here. Waiting 45 min plus is more a norm than not in the drive through. And the food is still cold/ stale. Go to the one on 17/92 or 436 for good food.
This location is always busy, but the staff works really hard. They are always friendly and try hard to keep things moving along. Anytime they've mixed something up, they have always rectified the situation quickly.

Clean and mostly well-organized, this particular location runs about as smoothly as the best of the franchise. I can only give it 4 stars because the franchise (assuming it's not location-specific) has made difficult the kiosk checkout process. Where it once was insert card, it's now, insert card, follow onscreen instructions, then return to the original screen, then look past the screen to find a table tent then return to the screen to enter the table tent #. I like my fast-food purchase process to be faster than the fast-food.
