Customer service was bad. Got there an hour before they closed, ordered 4 subs then was told they weren't making any more lettuce. There was 4 people working and only one (female) seemed to be perplexed as to why they were not making any more lettuce. A customer shouldn't patronize your business and walk next door to Publix to buy lettuce because the sandwich shop is not "making" any more lettuce.
I needed to cater lunch. I reached out to the store and they gave me a phone number for their catering manager. Told me if she doesn't answer just text her. I called there was no way to leave a VM so I sent a text. I did get a callback and placed my order. I needed to call this person back with card information. I and another co-worker called several times Friday to make a payment no answer. Called Monday 6 times and sent text messages no answer. Also called the store to get help and nothing could be done. This was a good business opportunity. I needed to cater a large lunch three times this month and they will be on our company's list to not order from for anything in the future. Thank goodness Publix was able to make what I needed with such short notice.
The food was great and the service was just as good everybody was friendly and helpful.
A decent sub for a fair price. We like the freshness of the subs. The flavors are good. The combo deal is nice and fair for what you get.
Great service and great food
Amazing subs. I always get the Philly cheese steak. Fresh every time. Consistently good. Just make sure to remind them to cut the sub. Other than that I would go here and be content every time.
They do a great job, especially with the sub in a tub. Not only is the food delicious, but they take the extra step to create a nice presentation instead of just tossing everything into a container.
