My daughter and I went to have a salad. There were 3 or 4 people behind the counter and NOBODY greeted us or said they'd be with us shortly. They saw us standing at the counter. It would have been so nice if someone said hi or made eye contact. Businesses are struggling. There was another gentleman there and that was all. Also the boiled eggs on the salad bar were whole and like rubber. Get it together.
Although I have been to Jason's (Altamonte) in the past, I have visited the Lake Mary locations quite a few times over the past month. Salads, soups, potatoes, sandwiches are all great! We recently moved to the Lake Mary area and Jason's has fed us and our movers LOL! Each experience has been great. I am however leaving this review specifically because of an employee by the name of Hailey. She is always so pleasant, patient and accommodating. I know that cannot always be easy in the food service industry, especially at a drive through window! I highly recommend you give Jason's Lake Mary a try and if you run across Ms. Hailey consider yourself blessed!

Have been here many times. Paid $9.85 for the endless very fresh salad bar. Had 2 platefuls and then the soft serve ice cream cone with dark chocolate sauce. Give it a try.
Food is good. They don’t have enough help! Waited a long time for Tomato soup & grill cheese.
1st off I travel for a living. As a choice I eat a lot at J deli. But I had exceptional good service here with staff and manager. The manager could see I could not decide so he made a suggestion that is my new favorite. This J deli was very clean. And everything was available. Thank you for my meals away from home. God bless.
Nice place, busy on a Saturday.outstanding salad bar. Our first time there, the guy taking our order wasn't very informative so we just winged it. Several table with great seating. My Italian sandwich was very good, as was my salad. Will learn how to order better next time.
Bad real bad. Mac n cheese, and chicken fingers were ice cold. They forgot parts of the order (including 0/3 on pickles) and the roast beef had a…..sour after taste. We were the only people in the store on a Sunday evening yet about 1/2 the tables had not been cleared with about 6 people working in the back deep cleaning the kitchen while simultaneously making our food. All time bad. There’s plenty of delis around don’t waste your money here.
Ordered online. Easy peasy. Pulled into curbside spot. Notified them I had arrived. NOTE : You have to call, not just check-in on the app or thru email notification. Food was brought out quickly and was delicious.
I generally go into the Altamonte Springs location and it’s amazing every time. I recently moved to Lake Mary so I decided to try it out. The food was not good or fresh. The fruit dipping sauce was spoiled, fruit was rotten, my wrap was hard and the food was repulsive to be honest. I’m completely disgusted by my experience today.
