Removing 2 stars. This place has not been consistent. It is falling into what I do not like about these Nitrogen Ice Cream places and that is everyone working there will make it different. This place went from my new go-to place to one that I am not sure I will not be going back.- Last time they were out of 9 ingredients including Hot fudge - at an Ice Cream Place! Of course the 2 we were craving, and made the trip there for, was on that list. Given the shelf life, and how cheap it is to just stock extra, there is no reason they should be out of anything.- There were only 2 workers but I counted 17 people in line. It took 28 minutes for us to get 2 small Ice creams. Adding in the drive time it just isn't worth it if they are going to be out of things we order and the consistency is hit or miss.- I said in my previous review I loved how cold and more frozen the ice-cream is compared to other places well, this has not been the case the last couple of times. The ice Cream was soft and melting as we got them. When they are busy they do not take the same care in making the ice cream and just hit it once with nitrogen and let it mix for too long vs making them correctly.- Whoever was making them on our last visit was not making them very good at all. There are people their that have made them awesome but they should all be trained to make it the same way vs the quality being dependent on who you get to make yours or how much in a rush they are.Original Review ___________________________________________________Try this place if you haven't already. I almost didn't even go in to give it a try because I have had other Nitrogen type or Rolled type Ice Cream that was terrible, and just felt like a gimmick. But to my surprise this Ice Cream is actually awesome! Very creamy, excellent flavor, and you can't get it any fresher than being made in front of you. What I also really like about it is that it stays cold instead of melting immediately like some other places (cough, couch - Andy's). The folks here are also very friendly and work fast. I think this is my new Go-to place for Ice Cream!
This is unique and loved the flavors.Good options of various bases which gives us more options.Only feedback to owners is that they need to work on the marketing. The menu is not appealing visually and people who are into science may not be able to get the menu.Overall, I liked the process and the flavors.
As much as I love this ice cream place. Depending on who serves you will make our break your experience. Some of the employees could careless about what you want and how it is made. While some others exceed expectations. Becareful who you left serve you. I go here enough to know. I'm going to start leaving depending on who Is there. Not saying any names... just saying.
Complete Disappointment.Visited this place twice.. On the first visit, we found hair in our ice cream so disgusting and no suprise as they dont wear hair nets or gloves!!Gave us a gift card instead for the price paid..On the second visit, The pricing didn't feel right to our understanding.. they didn't give us the receipt also. On asking the male representatives who i guess is the manager said it will be sent to your phone and took the phone number.Didn't receive the receipt till date..My suggestion is to avoid this place if possible.
Best place in Orlando for nitrogen ice cream. Huge variety of high quality flavors, you should try the coffee one AMAZING. Very very clean place, very helpful and kind staff. I heard they have another location. You will miss a lot if you visit Orlando and don't try Frozen I've cream.Highly recommended.
Very different, but delicious! Try the coconut flavor ice cream. One in our party didn't care for his ice cream (wanted a peanut butter flavor), and they offered to make him another free of charge. Great service.

The young man Antwan was an Outstanding Brand Ambassador ? We walked in on him and caught him cleaning, as he was alone in the facility. Please commend him and keep him rewarded. He had a great personality.
This is my family's go to for a great time and the best sweet treat! The owner and staff are fun and friendly. My parents love the healthy, gluten free and non dairy options, while my 6 year old loves to watch the process and get super creative with the wide variety of toppings. I love it all!
