Worst service ever. I got the elevated egg sandwich meal, this is my favorite also I am constantly getting this and during this recent visit the sandwich was not cooked properly the egg was still super slimy and there was hair on the bacon. Also the potatoes that came with it were still raw. I approached the host because my server didn’t seem to realize after my meal came out and I didn’t eat it for 10 minutes that there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Upon telling the host that the egg was slimy there was hair in my bacon and the potatoes more cooked she stated oh well when I order that the secret is you have to ask for your potatoes to be well done or crispy because I’ve noticed working here that nobody eats their potatoes and I wonder why so I told her because they’re not cooked properly and that they are disgusting the manager was standing there and I didn’t really get a response I’m not sure if he was listening to our conversation or not but I was told by my server that they could redo my whole meal and I could wait for it they didn’t say ever to comp me or anything very sad not sure I’ll be coming back here or referring this to friends or family anymore due to the lack of customer service and taking care of me as a customer since I am a loyal customer regardless of coming here frequently or not the situation should’ve been handled differently super upset won’t be coming back to this location ever again.
They have variety so that’s perfect for the family. Pancakes are incredible big and delicious.Not fan of the scramble egg. Bacon was crispy and I love the bread and strawberries jam!
Food was good. Presentation was awesome though. Looked amazing!!! Def would skip the spring energy juice. Literally when I took out the ice it was less than half a cup of juice and the juice with boost was nearly $6. Very very sweet even though I selected the one with no agave added. But shrimp and grits were good.
Their breakfasts are very tasty. It was our first time at this location and it was great. Decor, wait staff, food is fantastic.
I've been eating breakfast at this restaurant for years, usually during the week when they are not busy (2 days before today's experience was great) but after the way the hostess and waitress treated us today we will never come back. The hostess was rude when we arrived for our table and then the waitress ignored our table while taking orders from the tables next to us that sat down 10-15 minutes after us. After finally taking our order the waitress never came back to check on us or bring the bill. It was clearly intentional that we were ignored and the service was bad on purpose as we heard them talking about us. I've been a waitress before so I know the job is not the best but if you are the type of person to be rude to customers then you should work in another field. We didn't do anything to warrant the bad service which is why I felt a review was needed.
Got there for breakfast sometime after 9 a.m. on Saturday, 29 January 2022. There was about a 10 min wait to be seated. Had a very friendly and attentive waiter. Ordered The Traditional breakfast because, when trying food at a place I've NEVER been to before, I like to play it safe because, not a great chance of someone messing up toast, bacon, eggs and potatoes. At least that was my thinking eating their food for the very first time. I was WRONG! I also ordered a Morning Meditation drink recommended by the waiter.Drink was served in a filthy glass as the first couple inches of the entire inside rim of the glass had caked on dried white film that I suppose was grease. Pointed it out to the server and he apologized then took it away and replaced it with a fresh drink in a much cleaner glass. The thing is, I had already taken several sips of the drink from the dirty glass. Ewwww!Then came the breakfast. Had scrambled eggs and they were cold. Utensils were filthy especially the knife. Once again, had a very attentive server who promptly replaced the dirty utensils and the breakfast. Btw, the potatoes that came with the dish were very salty and I was advised they came that way so I opted for fruit to replace the potatoes in the replacement dish. The bacon was not all cooked all the way and had an off taste as though they might have been cooked along side some sausage which wasn't a part of the dish I ordered. When I order a dish with bacon, I'm expecting to only taste bacon.The toast that was served was also cold although the bread and jam was delicious. I went there starving and left there hungry.To say I was disappointed with the experience is an understatement. They comped the meal and I appreciated that but, would have rather have left there with a full belly and an empty wallet.Our server was great and I was surprised that no one from management came over to introduce themself and address the issues. In time I might try it again only because of the very good service received by the server. But, for now, I'm not in a rush to go back.

Second time in a row this is happened to me, the first time I was busy which is still no excuse, but this time was 830 on a Monday morning and there were only two tables in the restaurant with four servers working. Sat ignored for 7 minutes before finally getting up and leaving. It’s a shame because I really love the food.
**Update: Management reached out to me and rectified the problem. I am bumping back up to 5 stars because of their timely response and the quality of the food during previous visits.We usually get great quality and service. But today was not good. We paid $1.99 for a condiment-sized sample of not fresh avocado. This gross avocado should have never left the kitchen, much less sold for that price. Also, no bacon in our breakfast sandwich.
Our favorite brunch place, we love the foods, the purple haze I tried today was delicious. My husband loves their coffee and the works omlet, Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. Always recommend this place we've never had a bad experience.
