Food was awesome, quality and taste was superb. I hate to complain, especially since this was a free sub with any purchase. I asked if they could replace the pepperoni with ham, and the manager was such a jerk! No big deal, tell me no nicely, no need to be rude about it. And so much for me returning. Which is what the marketing team is trying to produce, repeat customers. This was more location than the entire franchise. The Altamonte store is more friendly and accommodating, which is where I will go from now on.

Disappointed and very unhappy with Firehouse Subs in Lake Mary. I placed an order with Uber Eats, an item dropped off during transmitting... I called to ask them for help, they refused and told me to cancel the order. I tried to cancel it and Uber Eats wouldn't let me. I now have one girl without lunch and over my budget to place a new order with just hers. It seems that there should have been something that could have been done. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority there. This is the last time we order from that location.
This is one the best Firehouse Subs around. I have dined here several times in the last 10 years. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. My grandson and I had the New York Steamers. They were perfect as usual.

the charming and talented young man who took my order simply made my day! he is by far the greatest employee i’ve ever interacted with in my whole life. he made me laugh, he made me cry, and he even taught me a little something too. he deserves a multiple dollar raise and stock in the company. i believe his name was nick!sandwich was good
The only reason I’m not giving you guys a five star rating is because you gave me the complete wrong sandwich. However, the sandwich I got is a replacement was still pretty good. I’ll keep coming back but please get my sandwich right next time. Thanks
I love Firehouse Subs Lake Mary for their food and what they stand for. But most importantly are the people that work their specifically RICKY TORMOS. He always greats us with a smile and roams the dining area talking to the guests checking to see if they need anything. What a difference one person can make.
The Steak and Cheese or Smokehouse Brisket are my Go To subs.
