Several times To both Lake Mary locations. I have placed on online order via their app for Walk In. When I get to the store the doors are locked and a sign posted saying I have to go through the drive-thru. Their drive through is incredibly slow and usually has 10-12 cars in line. The shift manager did not bother coming to the door to even bothered coming to the door.I understand there can be a staffing shortage, but they should turn the Walk in option off if it is not available. An employee told me they cannot do that.

An employee told me they cannot do that. I called corporate, and they told me that is not the case and that they would be contacting the manager.It’s more than just an inconvenience. I pay for a product that I cannot receive. Just keep this in mind the next time you place an order online. You would be well advised to go to a different location if possible. I’m giving up on this location and will go somewhere else from here on out.
I go to this location regularly and they NEVER have chocolate frosted donuts. I went to the drive through today and, as usual, I was told there were no chocolate frosted donuts. I decided to go inside to check. To my amazement, there were 2 trays full of chocolate frosted donuts. I asked them why I was told in the drive thru that you didn’t have any, the rude response was, “I don’t know”. To the owner; Your staff is losing you revenue!
The hot chocolate literally tasted like water and looked like mud. Taste it before you leave.This is not the worst location but out of 8 of my orders came out good, the other 2 was a miss. So make sure your food and drinks taste good b4 you go
Have been here multiple times. They manage to miss the order about 75% of the time also. My order is always the same and a simple order. Large Cold Brew, add Mocha, add 2 creams... They often forget the Mocha... this location also over brews the coffee so it is very bitter. Since it was not checked until after I got it, there is no chance to fix the order. The service is slow and they try to cheat the counter by holding cars back from ordering so their times look better to corporate. This place needs management, either new managers or to get the current ones involved in their jobs. In my experience the quality is well below par even for a Dunkin location.Let's be honest, we do not expect a Starbucks quality here, but come on do better.
One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Extremely unprofesional and rude. Was yelled and cursed at while attempting to place an order with children in the car for no reason at all. Shocked by the behavior of what seemed to be young girls supposed to be working. At one point seemed to be laughter in the background through the mic in drive through. The car behind me even overheard with disbelief as well. Management needs to really look into what is representing this establishment. Will not return or refer anyone else.
I don't know how long I was waiting in line but the store had 4 employees doing Nothing. Why nobody took my order? You don't deserve 1 star you deserve -10 stars
Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin donuts to the hotel I stay at on a regular basis on a regular basis in Lake Mary. Hands down this is the worst run and managed franchise I've ever used. It starts and ends with the horrible attitudes of the staff and manager on duty. If you have a least an extra 45 minutes to blow in your day for a cup of coffee and a donut knock yourself out and go to this location.
If I could give zero stars I would. I literally sat there while the girls working inside were eating flaming hot Cheetos out of a Ziploc bag. They told me they were literally out of all coffee. I didn’t even drink my coffee because they were eating flaming hot Cheetos then taking my money and then handed me my coffee. This is absolutely unacceptable. No reason that for girls should be working and not doing anything. Little bit ridiculous if you ask me. Obnoxious and unprofessional.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have every been to. The whole store smelled like Clorox and none of the employees were paying attention to the customers. Almost all of the customers left because of the bad service, because of the smell, and because of the donuts. The donuts tasted very bad and they were very dry. Please get better manners for your customers.
