This place is horribleeeeee. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to in a while. No staff members but 2,lobby locked forcing you to use the drive thru, long wait times. New faces each time I visit in the am. Not sure if mgmt has been changed but it wasn’t always like this.. at one point it was pretty good. Place needs help!

First time at this location after the LM one was slammed. Sat in drive thru for 30 mins with no way of exiting. If there had been an additional lane I would have happily left the line. I don’t care for that. Ordered iced coffee, label said correct order amount with 2 sugar, 2 cream and 2 flavor pumps get it came looking really light and diluted. Took one sip and it had absolutely no coffee flavor at all. Terrible tasting. I get that staffing is short but I’m still paying for a product here.

The staff at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly and sometimes not. They are short in staff and occasionally lock the front door so you have to go through the long line of the drive thru. One time a mom had walked over with her kids and the door was locked so she asked if I would order for her through the drive thru. I felt bad for the kids as they were looking forward to sitting inside and eating their Munchkins. The food is the same as any DD.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. The lobby is always closed. The drive thru is no way out so once you get in line you are stuck. I have been in that drive thru for over 45 minutes before. Today I go and finally nobody in the drive thru and I’m told they only have donuts. Can’t get a latte. Can’t get a bagel. Can’t get a wrap. Is it laziness if the staff or what? I won’t be back.

Doors were locked, so we left. If they don't value their customers, we don't value them. Time to operate your location properly or close. No more excuses.

The only good thing I have to say about this location is that I've never waited more than 10 min for my order here.I specifically ask for certain amounts of cream and sugar so it isn't too sweet and they consistently give more. Probably more than the standard I'd say. The wake up wraps are almost always burnt. There is one lady here who is constantly really sweet. I haven't seen her much lately so I do not recall her name but her nails are always done really cute, she's super nice. Any other person just comes to the window and waits for payment. Never get a smile, never get a hello. Nothing. They never say thank you or have a nice day. I've witnessed employees arguing in the store while I'm waiting on food. Cussing about other employees they have a problem with. Apparently nobody who works here actually sees the reviews this place has. This one used to be the best in the Sanford/Lake Mary area. I'd much rather drive to orange city to get Dunkin instead.

Considering an employee had her partner and their child in the workplace, I’m going to assume management is either lacking or they just don’t care.I ordered a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru after spending almost 20 minutes in line (I would have left but once you get in, you can’t get out). Once I finally got to the window to pay, the employee was interrupted when her partner and child walked over to her in the drive thru to ask about her phone. No, they weren’t dining in the lobby, they were physically in the employee workspace and in the drive thru window. To top it all off, my croissant sandwich was burnt. This place is an unprofessional joke that serves low quality food.

Long wait time in the drive thru. Only one car ahead of us. Just got coffee and the order was wrong. One small iced decaf. One large iced regular coffee. Not a good experience. This was a Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m..

This Dunkin donuts is in the best part of town and the employees are always messy looking, messy hair, dirty T shirts, ... Nobody even smiles as if they all hate their life or their place of work and just FYI hot coffee means hot that's why there's a caution sign on the cup saying hot ! Hot doesn't mean body temperature and stop grabbing my coffee cup by the lid with your dirty hands because that's where I drink my coffee from !

This Dunkin location has the worst customer service of the three stores in the Lake Mary/Sanford area. One employee in particular, I have witnessed argue with customers in the past. Today, I arrived at 6am when the store opens and the door was locked. This same employee mentioned above was walking to the door. When she opened the door, I asked if they were open. She just leaned on the door and stared at me up and down and didn't open the door to invite me in, so I turned and walked away. She called out to me, "come on momma", I replied no thank you and continued to my car. Then she followed me to my car saying something and I said no thank you again as I got into my car and locked it. She proceeded to her car that was parked next to mine and was digging around for something as I left. To be honest, she was a little scary. I proceeded to the Lake Mary Blvd store and had the most pleasant experience. I was greeted with a cheerful "good morning" as I walked in and promptly served. Don't get me wrong, Dunkin has never had great service, but I would stay away from the Wheelhouse location.
