Thr only complaint I have was when we went in.. customers were kind of standing around, there were no clear order to who went next or if they were in line to order or pick up, the cookies were yummy, I got chocolate chip and mom's recipe. The chocolate chip seemed a little undercooked, it completely fell apart when I tried to pick a piece off and the center seemed raw. But otherwise it was as yummy as I thought it'd be
Delicious!!! The menu changes every week. Which makes me keep coming back. So far my favorite was the carrot cake cookie. I can’t wait for it to come back!
My family went in to purchase a 4 box of cookies. We ordered at the kiosk. One young man put the 4 cookies in the box and David L proceeded to touch his nose then frost our cookies and use his hand to put some sprinkles on the cookie. I kindly asked for new cookies, which would have been no issue except David and the other 3 young boys continued to complain about having to fix the cookies. They thought it was a big joke and wouldn’t let it go. Many years ago I managed a restaurant and would never complain about a customer who doesn’t want their food contaminated. These young boys have a lot to learn about cleanliness, food preparation and customer service. At some point someone is going to get sick from improper handling.
A coworker brought in Crumbl Cookies for the office and they were amazing! I had the confetti cake cookie. Soooo good!!
i’m obsessed with Crumbl Cookies! a delicious variety of fun flavors that change on a weekly basis (except for the standard chocolate chip). the staff at this location is super friendly and the wait time is always short- they even have kiosks to order from. there are several locations around the area and their hours are super convenient. this location is in a great plaza with lots of different shops. i definitely recommend these cookies if you’re craving a fun sweet treat!
I ordered 4 cookies yesterday and there is a flavor that is absolutely terrible IMO. I called to ask if I could exchange it for somthing else and was told sure I'd just need to purchase a other cookie. To be stuck with an expensive cookie that I won't eat and a chain not being willing to exchange it speaks volumes. I won't be back.
Erin is the best!!! The system was down and she took care of us so that way we didn't left unhappy. First time here and I'll come back. Plus the smell of the cookies is amazing.!!!
We love the peanut butter cookies and buy a box full as we have a big family. Am i the only one that thinks this cookie company looks like it is run by mechanical people? When I went here the first time it seemed each worker had their part of job, they didn't stray from that job, the only thing they said to any customer was their name when the order was ready. Kinda like mechanical cookie baking elves. But we do love their cookies.
This is a "must" stop for me whenever I'm in the area. Crumbl hasn't disappointed me yet. Of course, there are weeks that are worth going back to the store more than once depending on the flavors. But if there's nothing else, the chocolate chip cookie is always a great fall back. There is something about it that feels more home made than commercial. I think it's the chunky chocolate chips they use. Had I known I was posting a review, I definitely would've taken pictures but their app does a wonderful job of cookie visuals. The crew in this particular branch is awesome. They're friendly and helpful but at the same time, efficient. Can't wait to see what's next week's flavors.
Love Crumbl Lake Mary ! Super yummy cookies. Only reason they got 4 stars from me is because they are a “tester location” but I’ve yet been able to try a tester. Secondly, the bakers never ever greet their customers. We already order ourselves on a tablet, a simple “hello” or “welcome” goes a long way! Otherwise, the cookies are awesome!!
