The workers there tonight were very nice and had a energetic and happy atmosphere :)
Worst ice cream ever! Would much rather have dairy queen. What a disappointment!
My first and last time going there. Where do I start? I order a banana split, and what I got was a large cup with a small scoop of ice cream. They barely put toppings on it. I paid $8.55 for a scoop of ice cream and a few toppings. They should not call that a banana split, they should not even have it as a “banana split” on their menu. It was terrible and SO disappointing. I called the owner to express my disappointment, and all he could say was “I'm sorry”. If you ever want to get a real banana split, go to Andy’s they know how to make a real banana split. I will not recommend cold stone to anyone, they are ripping off people. Prices are way high, and the portions are poor. ??????????
I've noticed recently they've cut back on the portions! When you buy the Gotta have it, at its ridiculous price, I expect to get a heaping cup of ice cream! It's filled to the brim only. Before you'd get an inch or so above the brim... The last two times I've been, the amount is more like what was used for medium before. So the prices have gone way up and the ice cream amount has been reduced as well. This economy stinks but it doesn't make sense to decrease content AND hike up the price!
This use to be a great place few months back. But now they have become very stingy on the quantity. I got a medium cup which was pretty empty.Alas! Need to find a new place for my ice-cream cravings
This place used to be super awesome but it is going downhill recently. They have reduced the quantity of ice cream and to top it all they are stingy with the mix ins of the selected ice cream. I don't think I will be visiting this place anymore.
Convenient parking nearby. Inside could have been cleaner, like old things needed cleaning or replacing. Many workers kept things going quickly.
Cannot say that the prices justify the recent service or quality. $8 for the smallest size cup of ice cream is bad enough, but they never seem to be fully staffed. The young employees there honestly just look tired, and I feel really bad, but I’m also paying $8 for some strawberry ice cream...
I used to love this place! Went here on dates with my boyfriend all the time before seeing a movie, but recently it’s gone downhill. The employees looked overworked, and the older man who works there is very hostile. I came in a few times in the past month and there was only one girl working trying to serve 5 people at one every time. Poor management. Not the place it used to be :(
The Owner of this cold stone refuses to pay his employees. He is inconsiderate, rude and has no respect.
