I am a Big Fan of Chipotle.Also my son favorite place to eat. But this location is not what it was month’s ago. The food area is not clean like it was before. The employees are here dealing with food,but they look like they are serving something else. What I mean is that they are not properly trained. All is in a hurry and you don’t see a real connection with customer that come here to enjoy a time eating what they like. Fix this please.

Haven't been to a Chipotle in over 20 years due to poor food quality in California, but I really, really needed a steak burrito today so I sucked it up and braved the lunch rush at 12:15 today. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The staff was super friendly and running food down the line so efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and it was packed!!! I'm also a huge fan of spicy food, so I got the hottest sauce, but was given way less than I would have gotten at a similar type chain. I figured meh, lemme see what it's about first. I'm so glad I didn't get my usual amount... This stuff is kickin!!! Overall a fantastic experience... Food was amazing and staff was on point. This location is ???

This location's service is sad! ? I now avoid this location b/c whenever I order via the app when it's time to go inside to grab it from the shelf IT'S NEVER THERE ON TIME. On 3 separate occasions my online order has been 10+ min late. What's the point of me ordering it online/app if I have to stand there and wait - I might as well stand in the regular line and watch you make it. The Lake Mary location sucks! Hopefully the new Winter Springs location will have better service once they're open.

The burrito bowls are not even half full mush have shrunk the sizes I order extra rice and still was not half full for 8 dollars it’s a still I spent 41 dollars all together

Good food as always, but was not very happy with service the last time we went. Their computer system was restarting so I couldn't order. Had to order online and then wait another 10 minutes to get the order.Otherwise normally they are quick here and you get your food fairly quickly

Ordered through app, ready in less than 10 mins. We ordered two bowls. One bowl was great, other didn't have much rice, and less than regular amount of other items (lettuce, cheese, sour cream). Chicken was also meh. We've ordered the same bowls many times, usually great. I always order through the app, as there's usually a line, because, the service and quality is usually great. Will see next time if better.

I purposely waited 12 hours prior to posting this to "gain perspective". So I'll merely lay out the facts. I ordered a Steak Burrito online from Chipotle through their "Guac Zone" app. (note: this does not get you free Quac immediately). Ordered at 5:34 P.M. and arrived for the order at 5:46 P.M. It was not ready and the front line knew nothing about it. After checking the back kitchen the counterperson emerged from the back kitchen with my bag. At this point I had decided to eat-in restaurant and opened my bag. The Steak Burrito was cold. I don't mean a "lack of heat", it was cold. I presented the cold burrito to the counterperson thinking they would surely remake it on the spot. That would have been "pride in the product" and "concern for the customer". No such luck, as the three counterpersons stood there with blank looks claiming there was nothing they could do. At this point I sat down and resigned myself to eating a Cold Steak Burrito. As I was taking my second bite, visions of Chipotle's E. coli outbreaks of 2015 appeared in my head and bested my hunger. So I plopped the Burrito on the front counter and left. Complain you say? Ah yes, the "comment & contact line" in the "Guac App" is "inhabited" by an A.I. or robot. The "inhabitant" even acknowledged it was a "robot". Seizing on some keywords the AI/Robot issued an immediate credit to my Google Pay Account (actually wait 5 to 10 days). No apology, merely a comment about "missing the mark". The automatic refund facility here had me chuckling to myself about how a dishonest person might abuse the system.

This location has gone down hill since they opened. I used to go here so frequently I would be given a free meal once a week. I'm not sure if it's COVID, lack of employees who take their job seriously or poor management. The food quality has deteriorated to the point I'm a little worried I could be sick after this latest visit. None of the ingredients are cooked or portioned properly. I have a bad feeling my bowl hit the floor before I received it. I guess it's time to find a location that is managed properly.

I haven't been here for a long time, but I stopped to grab something to eat.Oh my gosh, the burrito that this girl made for me was delicious. I will keep going back more often.Staff have great attitude and very polite

I have to say I was really disappointed this evening. I was looking forward to enjoying my chicken bowl with white rice, only to find out that the rice wasn't cooked thoroughly. Please make sure you cook the rice longer, I am pretty sure I wasn't the only disappointed customer. So I threw it away because I couldn't eat it, cereal for dinner it is.
