The 3 for $10 menu has changed a bit but still worth the value. Drink, soup, and meal cost $14. Not a big change and well worth it. My meal was the shrimp pasta. Very good.
Short on staff. Expect long waits
Wonderful, absolutely our best experience at any Chili's location. We were a pick up but had a problem with the app. Even though they were busy, they were polite and courteous. We appreciated that so much. Then the food came, it was a nice portion size and so good. They truly care because the way everything was packaged shows how much we were missing out on. Thank you so much!!
Meal was great. Service was also great. One of the party I was with had food allergies and the server was very helpful helping the other guest with ordering. The only thing I would change would be the menu for allergies. On the touch screen at the table there was a menu with columns showing what dishes were associated with each allergy. With all this data already available it would be much easier for the customer if the touch screen was programmed with the option to select the allergies he or she had and have the menu tailored to their needs instead of going through the other 90% of menu items that were unavailable to them. Also on the allergy menu provided at this time there are no pictures or description so you have to find the item you can eat and cross reference with the regular paper menu for a description. This could all be integrated into the touch screens programming with very minimal changes. Just a thought...
Wow!!! My daughter took me here for mothers day. It was midday so they weren't crowded. We sat at a small table for two. Our server was quick to get our drink order and serve it. Everything tasted great and the food was hot and steamy. The only thing i could say negative is we ordered an appetizer and our meal at the same time. The appetizer came first of course but not 5 minutes later so did the rest of our food. The table was cramped full. Just a little too fast on serving our main meal. So i learned a lesson that day. Don't order your main meal until your almost done with your appetizer. Lol. Good food great servers( i thought id never say this but)maybe a little slower service.?
my family came here lakemary chillis, for dinner at 6pm, we were told there was no wait then had to wait over 20 minutes to get seated. there seemed to only be seating the bench area which was a very small area and more than half the restaurant seating open. we sat down for over 20 more minutes with no getting to get a drink or anything. we asked to speak to a manager before we walked out and got an excuse that both managers were on the cook line and could not come talk to us. look people, business owners of you cannot function and serve people properly don't be open. if you decide to be open you need to figure out how to manage to service your customers that have to wait. it's more professional to at least acknowledge the customer and explain about the wait verses nothing at all. we have been coming here for years but this will be the last. as a business owner myself there is no good excuse. learn to manage your facility better.
Great meal! I haven't been to a Chili's in a while but after this dinner, I'll be back. I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Not the usual kind of burger for me but I felt like trying something new and I'm glad I did. It comes with avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onions, roasted jalapenos, tomato, pickle, and a Santa Fe sauce. The fries were excellent! The only minus was service was a bit slow at the bar. It wasn't the bartender's fault at all. She was rocking it, but just didn't have any help. She had the entire bar and tables around the bar to serve. I was going to take a star off the rating, but she was so nice and doing her best, I still had a great dinner.I'll be back!
As an earlier review stated, I arrived with a few other people as we waited for around 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Now I understand if a large party comes in and throws you off but instead of having one person try to figure everything out or bustling around to accommodate a large group that stated they called ahead of time (I will be fair to the group on this one, you should have prepared for this.) maybe take some small parties of 2 aside. A restaurant should not go on pause for all other service simply because a large group came in. The problem wasn’t taking time to handle the group, the problem was we were then told there would be an additional 15 minute wait for seating. I get staff might not be full around 1:30, but you can’t sit me at the bar? Or maybe at a booth and take a drink order? Unfortunate that they lost about 6 people that were standing there with us at the time.
We wanted some chilis because they had $6 presidente margaritas for National Margarita day. I also ordered for my entree Cajun shrimp pasta, per usual it was delicious. We had two rounds each of margaritas, and the second round was very watered down. Kehlani, one of the supervisors remade the drinks, and they were amazing!! She informed me when the margarita aren’t shaken it’s better, due to her service we tipped her more then our actual server who was very mediocre. We will be back and only asking for her. :)
The food was good. However the service was very slow. The restaurant was very dirty. The skinny guy with long hair would grabbed napkins already on top of the table. I believe from previous guest and use then to wipe the table. Never a drop of cleaner or sanitizer. I have ro asked him to.please clean my table again ad it was having remaining of rice and lettuce all over. Pretty much great food but horrible people working there. You need change. This people is your first impression.
