Bigotry...I see a trend most of the 1 star reviews are of Black people...Rude staff... I do not Live in the area... The Asian boy at the window says do you think you can come two weeks after we didn't put something in the bag and get it for free... He says it's an open conversation in front of a customer and to another employee... I will never be back to the lake Mary Chick-fil-A and we'll make sure that my colleagues that live in that area never visit your doors again... Tell the Asian boy I wasn't looking for something for free... I already paid for food...
Forgot my Sammy :(Went back to cfa inside to retrieve said Sammy, no problem at all.Told it would be right out, said lit can’t wait thank u so much!20 min later..No Sammy. Just sad. Ask where Sammy is very politely :(Nice girl hands me Sammy. End of recap.Don’t know where the mixup was but was just a waste of time. I appreciate everything that workers do and understand that people have to deal with rude people all the time. But was just frustrating to go to get an issue fixed and get forgot about, once again.
I just went through the drive thru and there was hair in my fries. The person standing outside was extremely rude and tried to snatch the fry box from me and ended up dumping it all over me and all inside my car!!!! Then I asked for a refund and he had and attitude about that and started cursing under his breath. The manager didn’t even have the decency to come to my car and talk to me she just yelled from the window saying she needed my card to refund me. I will NEVER EAT AT THIS CHICK FIL A OR ANY OTHER!!!! I was so embarrassed and upset and no one seemed to care!!! Just terrible!!!
We love how efficient and tasty Chick-fil-A is! This location is no exception, we always receive great service and have had very few issues, anytime we did it was remedied quickly.
Very friendly and extremely busy but you'd never know it with how fast they get you your food. Food was delicious and very fresh. Definitely recommend this location over all of the locations I've visited in recent weeks.
It is what it is. Minus one star just trying to figure out where to park for dine in. Plenty of signs for drive through. Ended up having to get back on the main road and circling back around when I got stuck on a one way exit.
The management and staff of the Lake Mary Chick-fil-A are wonderfully supportive members of this community. Today "The Cow" helped us with the training of 17 New Horizons Service Dogs. Thank you!
Swift service. Yummy fresh food. Friendly team members. Rarely do we run into problems with our local Chick Fila.
Breakfast was great! The attendants were very pleasant. Even though the line was long it was quick.
(Virtually) Always fast, always delicious, always courteous staff and order always accurate. The Chick-fil-A everyone knows and loves that all customer service experiences are rated against. The bar set for all.It's hard to say a negative thing about Chick-fil-A, in general, (we're talking about the restaurant experience, not the views of company/owners, obviously), and this location is no different. The curbside service is always fast and the breakfast (which I order for my team probably weekly or more) is always a hit. I, personally, love the breakfast burrito and jalapeno salsa with a yogurt parfait. Try it if you never have! But the breakfast chicken minis are a surefire success, for kids and adults, alike. ?
