Their food is so delicious and tasty and fresh! I have ordered for pick up and even eaten at the restaurant and both have been great experiences. Totally recommend to order from here! Love it!
Just sat down and waited 15 minutes and NO ONE even came to drop off waters! One woman sat on the phone taking orders and glanced over at us. Just before we walked out the waitress dropped off food to a table and went back to the kitchen! HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE CARE OF 3 TABLES?!?! WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!!

Thankful for the staff at Cheng's working hard on Christmas day to feed the masses coming in and calling in for take out. As always the hot and sour soup, fried dumplings and general tso chicken were great!
Cheng's has been a go to for us for many years. The dining room is back open however the lunch time buffer is not open. We went for dinner and the food was delicious as usual. The service was fine but definitely off just a bit. Just a little slow and forgetful. I had to ask twice for my drink order and I overheard the next table over that their appetizer was missed. Good no meat options. My new personal favorite is the General Tso tofu. The eggplant dish is also good. Another good option is the Singapore Mei Fun (curry rice noodle dish) and request vegetables only. Vegetable Lo Mein is also good. Good portion sizes.
Real bad customer service. Don’t get the house special soup. Total waste of money. Was wonton broth with a few small pieces of chicken, 2 salad shrimp , one snow pea and a few carrots. I called the restaurant to swap it for hot n sour soup. They said no and debated what was in the container. Be warned. Other food was really good, but the customer is always right.
No customer service. We used to buy lots of food there. Portions got super small and they don’t even want to give you sauce or anything. They got extremely cheap with everything, so to save pennies on sauces or a refill they lost 3 valuable customers today. Plenty of way better options in lake Mary! I will not be spending my money at chengs any more. They charged me $3.15 for a flat soda and they wouldn’t give me another one because they wanted me to pay again. So unappreciative!!!!!!!!
Service and food was great. Our waitress was on top of our needs. Food was hot and delicious. Best wonton soup around.
I really enjoyed the meal I had at this location. We had sushi, and General tso's chicken. The sushi was good, but the G.T.C was the best I've tasted in a while. We also had excellent service, I would definitely eat here again.
