Had a wonderful time at my local Burger-Fi this evening. Great time in the outside seating with great music, drinks, and most important GREAT food. I want to thank the staff for their professionalism and amazing care. Especial thank you to Dulce and D, two young ladies that paid really good attention to our needs as customers. Recommend to visit the Lake Mary Burger-Fi for an amazing experience. ❤️

We were both pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! We expected typical fast food, but the breakfast burger and chicken tenders were really good. The fries however, were terrible and not seasoned at all. I'm glad we only got one to share and didn't get 2. It was a great sharing size, but we barely ate more than a handful each due to how bland they were.

We went here after evening church, our complicated order for 7, including 3 children, was patiently taken by Will. He had to make several changes along the way, because some chose differnt items or wanted extras. We sat outside and the trays were brought out to us. This is an upmarket, fresh take on McDonald's and Five Guys. The kids liked the branding on the buns, 12 and under qualified for kids' meals. The huge quantity of family fries was too much with the kids' meal fries, but we managed to eat them all! The milk shakes were unusual flavors and excellent! The staff were all super polite and friendly!

Really bad burger. We ordered 3 CEOs, they were all extremely overcooked and sauce was barely there. Very flavorless. Bun was good. Maybe it happened to be a bad order and they are actually better than this but I would not try them again. I was starving and could not even force myself to finish it. I love burgers.Update: I was curious what they meant by follow up so I filled out their contact form as per their reply. There was no follow up from them ?

after sunday evening church the family like to go to chipotle but they had no advocadoes! so burgerfi was designated the alternate....i prefer. we are 7 so orders complicated, with 3 of 7 children. william handled job very well, and sold us the beer/wine buy one get one free, warning us wine not chilled enough. we dealt with it . sat outside. huge amount of fries. chicken good, churro shakes very good, burgers too big.

Burgers, onion rings, and fries are pretty good. Patties are on the thinner side than some other places and at the time they didn’t have any ketchup out like usual. The portions are decent but the prices are a little much.

I wanted to try their Wagyu Dog with Chili and I also ordered fries and a drink. The total came out to $13.04 before tax. This was definitely not a $13 meal. The toasted bun was cool, the chili was watery and the fries tasted like the were twice cooked. I will not buy this item again! It also took quite a while to get my food so I was late returning to work. I gave three stars because the staff was very nice and helpful. If I had more time for lunch I would have asked them to re cook my order.

Poor Customer Service! Don't waste your Money at the Lake Mary, FL location. We arrived at 8:32pm (they close at 9pm). We placed our order and they asked if this would be for here or to go. We clearly said for here. We filled our drinks and sat at a table waiting for the food to be prepared. An employee came over at 9:48pm and said we would have to take our food to go or sit outside (in the rain). I had met my parents at the restaurant after my kids game and we wanted to eat together. I said we would hurry and eat once we had our food. I asked to talk to a manager and they said that the manager had left to pick up supplies. The one employee gave me the phone number to the manager where I called and left a voicemail. The girl that took our order came out and said she spoke to the GM (Marco) and he would allow us to stay until 9:10pm. Once we ate and put our stuff in the garbage, we went outside and were in the car. As the employee shut the doors, he flicked us off. Completely disrespectful.

I love thier burgers the bread, the burgers the fries are all great. Better than five guys everyday of the week.
