I advise nobody to go to this place they are very rude they do not wear gloves while touching people's food I do doordash and Uber every time I've gotten an order from this restaurant I've had nothing but problems had to wait 20 minutes for them to finally tell me that they were just making the order then the manager goes and wants to call my wife a b**** and my wife wasn't even doing nothing but her job for Uber so I advise everybody to stay away from this place they are touching your food with no gloves and dirty hands
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered dinner online and received a confirmation that it would be ready 8:30pm. The site stated closing at 10pm. Upon arrival the dining room was closed with a note that revised hours were 9pm close and to come to the drive thru.Went through the drive thru 2 times with no response. Two calls to the store number with no pickup.Finally flagged someone in the store down and she said my order was cancelled (it was not, and the charge is still on my bank card…nor was I notified in any way), and that they close at 8pm.What a mess…
They'll take your money and give you half your order. Missing items everytime. Call and speek to manager just to be told I have to call corporate for refund. Ridiculous
This place sucks. They need new management or the manager needs to give up the ordering responsibilities because they are always out of product. Ordering is the most basic duty to a successful operation but they don’t seem to get it. Maybe they should go back to being a cashier.
I have come here sporadically since 2004 or 2005. Sides have gotten smaller and the selection has decreased. Chickens have become much smaller as well. While the ribs and prime rib are a nice change when they have them, it isn't like you can't find better nearby. Supermarkets have surpassed them in a market they once had all to themselves. On my last visit I failed to observe how overdone the corn bread was until I got home. Sides were not even filled, but there was a decent portion of Turkey. It was a shame it was so dry. Employee morale also seems to be an issue. If this is a sign, I would not expect this particular location will remain open much longer.
Great service but the food isn't as good as it used to be.
Great food . We went and got our Thanksgiving dinner and had a picnic. Those guys gave up their Thanksgiving to help with ours. Much appreciated.
Wanted to order rotisserie chicken and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. They were totally OUT of chicken on a Friday night at 6:45pm. How does this happen?! Ridiculous!
Arrived at 2pm. No prime rib or baby back ribs. The staff member serving the food was extremely rude and belligerent. Did not listen when asking us what we wanted and we had to repeat it several times. The rest of the staff was friendlier.
Every time I have Boston Market I have to say I love it.
