Rebecca the on duty manager closed the drive thru at 10:52 as my diabetic daughter needed something extremely fast so her blood sugar didn’t crash . Called and she said the systems shut down at 10:55 yet they are open till 11pm. Total bs!!! She should be fired immediately!!!
My wife and I both acquired SEVERE food poisoning from this location yesterday. I should have realized something was off with the food when it took 25 minutes to prepare; not an exaggeration. We are still in a lot of pain this morning but the wretching and vomiting has finally subsided. I have never had a bad experience at an Arby's before this but I will never eat at another Arby's again. We were so close to calling an ambulance last night.
I just got in trouble for accidentally ripping my coupon in half. The lady said “she needed to elaborate on the coupons- they’re a franchise now so they have to staple the coupons to the receipt.” They do not even scan the coupon and she was giving me a hard time. If it needs to be stapled can’t you staple together my two pieces?! So rude.I have always been happy with that Arbys but that just totally made me never want to go back!!
We ordered 3 half pound roast beef sandwiches and received 3 beef and cheddar half pound sandwiches, and our cups of cheddar were below half full. Will NOT be returning.
The employees here are great. They get it right and are friendly. The food is always well prepared. What more can you ask for when you need something quick?
Arby's gyros are da bomb! And with French fries and a coupon too! No complaints here!
Everything tasted old and dried out. Nuggets were old, mozzarella sticks were definitely not fresh. Just bland old food

Fast food isn’t the normal for a meal.This location was out of Roast Beef at 5:30PM on a Tuesday. WTF….The girl said it would be an hour or so.No wonder why the drive through was an express lane. LolWe ended up going to Taco Bell.
I get old, cold food and every fried item taste like old oil every time I order from this location. Would not recommend!
