I love Zaxby's.I think it's the best fast food chicken in the area.I would love to give them 5 stars, but this place NEVER gives me the sauces I request.Delivery. Carry-Out. Drive-Thru.I mean NEVER. Even when I order online and PAY for additional sauces, all I get is Zax sauce and nobody in my household cares for Zax sauce.
Quite slow when we went there ..... almost every table was dirty .....one of the employees was continuously in lobby but visiting apparently her friend at another table talking and laughing while customers were coming in walking around trying to find a clean place to eat their meal .....after we finished our meal I approached the counter to tell staff that tables were dirty to just be looked at and no response as to whether it would be handled!!!!.......fries were cold with my husband's meal although my salad was very good .....doubt I'll come back....better off going to Publix and pick up their always satisfying wings!
Typical chicken place, food is very inconsistent.Drive thru moves very slowly.Has outside seating but the canopy rotted away years ago and they never fixed it.Check your order because it's usually not right the first time.
Usually food and service great. But one complaint. After working a 13 hour shift, I went there for a much needed meal. It was 5 minutes before closing, an employee came out with a cone to close line. Was ten feet from him and he closed the drive through. Thought it was rude especially when he smirked and said closed. But he isn't money hungry I offered him ten dollars for my vehicle to be last. No again. But somewhat understandable. When your tired and your shift is over. But don't smile and be rude
Just left actually. Went into the lobby, and let me begin by saying I don’t ever expect good service. HOWEVER, ms. JAMI S, (I pray that’s her name it was on my receipt). That lady took care of me from the start to finish.Sometimes I get indecisive but she did not make me feel rushed or scattered.Extremely respectful, and just nice….too top it off, the food was FRESH!!Thank you Jami, you truly made my day & my Zaxby’s experience memorable
My mother was with me and her voice was weak and the order was not understood by the cashier. She took the time to come to the window and take her order. She was very patient with her and she appreciated her. I remember her name but she was very nice and helpful to us.
Yum. Only 1 thing to be improved: got kickin' chicken, and it had ZERO kick. Normally, I can definitely taste the tongue torch. This time I think someone forgot to put it on.
I'll admit I've never been to Zaxby's before. When we stopped by I ordered a signature club. Their drive through menu from the passenger seat is confusing. It all looked the same color and I couldn't really make out what the menu had. So I just ordered a signature club. It wasn't bad. But considering something as signature I would think it would be more than just chicken on a bun.
As always, their food is great! The only thing negative I could say is that they haven't opened back up their lobby yet which is really stupid! Not everyone wants takeout, they've got to be losing a ton of business over that!
This location is drive thru only. When will you open the inside up?
