When I arrived at this Wendy's around 1:45 p.m., the drive thru line was long as well as the inside. So, I decided to go thru the drive thru and sat there for 30 minutes before I could order. When it was my time to order, the drive thru lady who took my order let me know it would be another two minutes before she could take my order. She came back in about 3 minutes; I ordered the 4 by 4 for $4. The line started to move just a little bit more. I waited another minute before they handed me my order. I check the bag and everything was there; however, when I got back to the office and stsrt to eat the nuggets tasted chew and chewy, the fries was soggy & the cheeseburger tasted salty & the burger was flat, the cheese tasted imitation & the overloaded of catchup made the bun soggy & wet. The only item that tasted good was the strawberry frosty. Customer service was nice but the food was terrible. Overall, I will not be coming back.
Went to wendys on us 90 and they need serious training. No toilet paper in stall, got two meals, 5.00 biggie bags. One no salt on fries,and no onion extra pickle on sandwich and had onion and salt on fries, other sandwich had barely dab of ketchup, no BBQ in either bags for nuggets and food was barely Luke warm. Brought sandwich back up to counter and instead I'm apologize we will Mke another I get attitude and says well u can't just take onion off. ( what if I was allergic and thT taste still on there). Another person brought in there sandwich the whole sandwich inside in out had ketchup all over it. Group of people standing outside going through there food as we was leaving. There food wrong. Cashier had attitude and was mouthy and didn't know when to shut her mouth. Cashier to busy being lazy laying on counter and not stocking nothing and had to have a customer tell her that they need to put out wet floor signs. Floor was soaked on one side. Shouldn't have to tell that to an employee if there was a decent manager there that did training. I have never been a manager before and could do a better job. A bunch of lazy people including the manager there. Customer service for that one is a negative 1000. U as a huge company should be looking into this cause it's giving u all a bad name and it's just not me saying this.
No stars should be an option. I went to the drive thru. I received ice half eaten cold, soggy fries, an empty sandwich wrapper, an empty straw wrapper and a used sauce packet. I went inside to say the sandwich wrapper was empty ( had not noticed the rest at this time ). They replaced the sandwich after accusing me of lying and as I was walking said hope you enjoy your free sandwich liar. I don’t even want to eat the sandwich because they placed it into the bag with used sauce packets and straw wrappers. Pretty sure a received a bag one of the workers had been snacking on.
TERRIBLE experience 3/18/22. Stopped here in passing en route to FLA from ATL. The guy who took our order at the first window was very kind. When we got to the second window, the two women there were very nasty and loud while even using profanity to one another. It took them forever to give us our drinks after getting the food. We pulled into a parking space to eat before getting back on the highway, only to find an UNCOOKED cold burger in the bag!!!! Disgusted, we drove back to the window, and asked to just exchange it for nuggets. We were given 5 cold, soggy nuggets and ANOTHER uncooked, cold burger. This place is gross. Thankfully it is not somewhere I will EVER have to patronize again.
This is about the fifth time we have had bad service. Food is quick yes but it is put together so sloppy we have to rebuild our whole order. Then we had Tiffany this morning and asked her twice for ketchup and she couldn’t care about customer service to put any sauce in 1 of our 3 bags. Very disappointed with this location.
Could barely understand employee taking order, he sounded sick and out of it (possibly due to cold medicine??) Extremely confused ordering experience and then at the window with a mask BELOW his chin he coughed multiple times, touched our drinks, and went to touch my phone to scan for rewards even though I said “I got it”Seriously 2 years into a pandemic and people don’t understand how viruses or masks work…. STILL?? To top it off pretty sure the manager was literally right there watching it and opened the window when we asked for the kids meals milks.
This Wendy's can never get the drive through orders right.Today was just another example on how bad they are getting.Always leaving out sandwich or fries.And if you ask them to leave something of a sandwich, you have a 50-50 chance that it might get done.
Honestly the best breakfast I've had from a restaurant, especially fast food, in ages. The food was extremely fresh hot and delicious and it's only been my second time going to Wendy's for breakfast I always forget that that is an option. But I do remember the first time as well and how good it was keep it up Lake City US highway 90 Wendy's bang-up job! ?
Pulled up to order, over the speaker I hear "What do you want" with an attitude. Then get up to the first window and smile at the lady and her attitude changes in person but as usual at this location I never get my receipt. Then go to window #2 the food is basicly thrown at me from the older heavyset white lady with short hair. I asked her for a couple ketchups and she proceeded to take another order and make me wait, then she slammed the ketchup in my hand and looked at me straight in the eyes and snarled at me, I leave kind of in shock. I got back to work to check my order. They shorted me 2 sandwiches and of course I don't have a receipt, never got it, so I can't call the store with my order number, and after the attitude I got I'm not going back to ask for my missing food. I honestly don't trust what they would do to my food if I did. How do you get I'm touch with management if you don't get a receipt. Very unprofessional people and absolutely no customer service. I will drive to downtown if I want Wendy's again.
2nd window woman just held our bag out the window and never said a word.Sloppy breakfast sandwiches.
