I don't know what's going on but their service needs a bit of a tune-up. Received soggy fries, I learned to check before I drive away. The manager lady handing me the order rolled her eyes when I told her the fries were old, she walked away, came back, handed me a bag and closed the window. I had six orders and she handed me a bag with one order of the same batch of old, soggy, over salted fries. Nit very nice
They don't take cash at night????? What is happening to America? This cashless society thing. Went elsewhere!!!! That is the most rediculous thing in the world for a long time fast food chain to decide no cash sales at night. Even in the "the hood" with bulletproof windows and slide box trays in the rough parts of the city they take cash.This makes no sense at all! Close the diner then instead.
I don't normally go to Wendy's but my son's baseball team all wanted Wendy's. So away we went.I can truthfully say the place was clean, the staff were polite and the food came promptly. A++ would eat there again if the baseball team outvotes me again.The cat's name is Pumpkin.
Ordered the new fish combo and was very unhappy. My fish fillet was burnt, I had to break the burnt crust from around the edges. The sandwich and fries taste like old grease. This visit was awful!!! It's not like this all the time.
Slowest drive thru in the south. You will almost always end up waiting longer for the food than it ends up being worth then once you get to the window you have to listen to complaining employees talking about they get money deducted from their checks for giving us sauce for our food.
My classic double had NO Tomatoes and this Tiny piece of lettuce. The meat was slatted for the chili it was so old.
Went here for an early lunch. The whole place (bathrooms included ) was immaculate. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Fries could have been warmer but I was fine with that. Not expecting this good an experience at a fast food place.
I just wanted to take the time to give a great review to the manager, Fred, and his crew today, for making our experience very nice. Very clean establishment, very courteous and friendly, food served perfectly and quickly. Thank you so much!
Customer service was horrible. Ordered food only got half of my order, the girl refused to fix the order. Food was cold. Will never go back. Didn't receive a receipt so have no idea what I was charged.
Wendy's is my favorite fast food place. I spend the holidays alone because I have no family. I ordered a Baconator double with a chocolate frosty and double checked that it didn't come with onions. I spent Christmas Eve looking at a Dave's double WITH onions and a vanilla frosty. I would have come back, but you had closed. Now I'm alone and hungry.
