Sad,, I know times are tuff all over but dang!! Beef prices surging while Taco Bell puts no food in their shells!! THESE EXPENSIVE LITTLE TACOS ARE EMBARRASSING!! Shame Taco Bell you have to do better than this,, and please replace your ice machine already!! Remodel a store and still have a broke down ice machine on the regular??I will be sure to avoid your stores and spend my money at Moe’s and Chipotle’s!! Y’all been ripping people off like this long enough, should be ashamed as a store and food chain.
The worst experience I have ever had at this Taco Bell location. Store was filthy! Trash was all over the floors. Tables had not been cleaned and had food dried on the tables. Orders were coming out wrong for everyone. Employees were more worried about handling drive-through orders then the people standing in line inside the building. Customers were waiting inside for 20 to 30 minutes for their orders or they left. Poor management! Will not eat at this restaurant again.
Had to take my own order ....didn't get my employee discount ...had to ask for the table to be cleaned because ALL of them were dirty...I did however get to listen to the rap music play from the kitchen as I waited for over 30 minutes for our order...the staff has ZERO sense of urgency....and the order was still not right...everything was in a to go bag (doesn't that make you feel welcome)....I also listened to several customers be told that due to being short staffed if they wanted to place an order they would need to use the kiosk but watched the same employee take orders but only for certain customers NOT ACCEPTABLE
Was so mad had to walk outside. Elderly couple were told to use the kiosk they were to busy to take order. They are extremely old and don't understand. The worker stopped to go over to explain this to them. She could have just taken the order. So sad. Plus everything is filthy. The employees are slow. This place needs to be shut down I despise what I just saw. Sickening!
The customer service was great but the food was cold, the tacos was soggy & wet and tasted like it been made for a days. I have tried Taco Bell in many locations and they all come out with the same results. I'll be better off making my own tacos then coming to Taco Bell. I will not be going back there again and to any more Taco Bells. I'm done!
This location has gone down hill horribly. What happened?? I haven't eaten at this location in few months and I can honestly say that I won't be back here again...If I do decide to eat Taco Bell again then it will be the one off Main Blvd. The lobby was completely trashed, nothing was stocked. If you eat here then I recommend you bring cleaning supplies to clean off your table and the floor. Its like the old Roadhouse with all the peanuts on the ground except this was trash. All you could hear was a movie playing in the kitchen and loud rap music. The staff was completely rude. It's like a circus in the kitchen....the language and behavior is very different from how this location used to run. This location under new ownership??? Lord help this location. Oh when we finally got the food, half was undercooked and other half was burnt. Which at that point me and my wife wasn't surprised. Sad day!!Date: 5/11/22 @ 1400*Make Taco Bell Great Again*
Watch an employee shun a homeless person who had CASH in his hand for something. She told him you have to order on the Kiosk. He said he didn't know how and the girl walked away instead of helping him. I offered to help him but he was embarrassed and left. I had already placed my order and when I went to go pick it up they didn't have certain things for my order. So I cancel my $35 order and whand went to another Taco Bell after buying 4 burritos for the homeless man and found him near Walmart and gave them to him and apologizedTo him for their rude behavior and not helping him with customer service. As I was leaving Taco Bell some ladies came in that did not know about the kiosk I request it that an employee come out and help them otherwise they would lose another sale. With the crazy things going on in the food service industry which I have been a part of for 45 years we need to reach out to our customers and treat them no matter what all the same, Service with a smile and thanking them for coming to your establishments. Shame on you for doing this to a person who has less than you do. And wanting a hot meal. I will never use this Taco Bell ever again. However, he one on the other side of town is fabulous...
Ordered a crunchwrap supreme, nacho fries, and Doritos Locos Tacos. Crunchwrap Supreme was mushy, nothing supreme about it. Missing nacho fries, and DLT barely had anything in it. Didn't realize until I got back home. This is about the 3rd time I've been to this location in 3 months and every experience has been absolutely horrible. Last time, my chicken quesadilla had COLD chicken in it and the cheese wasn't melted. Absolutely would not recommend.
Went there at 815 am and waited behind a car for almost 20 min before they decided to drive off I pulled up waited about 5 min with no one responding to take orders .. drove off also online ordering was not up and running wasted half my 1 hr lunch getting there and waiting I work at 4 am so 8 am is my lunch time .. ridiculous if your not gonna take orders put something outside so people know
Waited in line for about 25 minutes, people were backing out of the line. Ordered a party pack of tacos, nacho bellgrande, soft potato tacos, burrito supreme and nacho fries. Literally everything was cold even the fries. Barely any potatoes in the soft taco wraps as shown in picture.
