Never had to tell the person everything that goes on my sandwich til today. Meat and everything. I told them I wanted an Italian. Didn't ask what bread I wanted just gave me basic white and didnt ask if I wanted it toasted or not. Then looked at me crazy cuz I didnt tell her what meat I wanted. Who has you by yourself running the place if you dont even know what your selling. Girlfriend had to do the same for a chicken bacon ranch. Its literally in the name! Chicken, bacon and then put ranch on it. I will not go back there if I basically gotta make my whole sandwich. Might as well just make it at home at that point. Fast food is supposed to be convenient and this was more frustrating than it needed to be.
Do not know how to open on time and not letting customers know

This Subway is absolutely the worst in customer service. I walked in to hear this so called manager bashing the previous shifts work ethics. This should never be done in front of a customer. She was quick to tell me only 2 types of bread with a take it or leave it attitude. This manager is the worst of the worst. She is rude and a poor excuse for customer service. I hope subway can see how she is hurting their name. Not only is she hurting Subway she is also hurting Marathons business. I will NEVER return to that store. Of course , this will make this manager happy. Before I left I made sure she knew how I felt about her!!! Rita Riegel
GO ELSEWHERE!! The manager is literally the most miserable hateful person I've ever seen. She couldn't hear a young boy, rolled her eyes and said "I still can't hear you." Then proceeded to teach me a lesson about the different kinds of bread because I called it the wrong thing. The people at the gas station said "if you only knew the amount of complaints she gets. She's hurting our business." People like her have no business being in anything customer service related.
The young man at the counter was very rude with how he talked to me when I just asked for a fork.Not used to that type of attitude at any subway I've visited.Maybe some additional training is in order...
Fast friendly service. The one thing I like about subways are the consistency... No matter where I travel I know what Subway has to offer and I know how it's going to look and taste.
