Last 4 times I've been , if I could it would be 0 stars. Here one reason. The drive through. I finally gave up on it. No mater if there Noone in line or there period to full parking lot. I have never been able to pull up and order, its always a 10- 20 min wait just for someone to speak.. the 2nd thing is idk if its the shake machines or lack of training but the last 3 of my four visits my wife and I have both each ordered a vanilla cake Battered milk shake. I'm only guessing they wasn't mixed properly because there was big chunks of yellow stuff all in the shake and about 1/2 inch to 3/4 of a inch of the bottom of cup was filled with it also. And the shakes where pretty much completely melted 2 of our trips there
I placed a mobile order paid and after checking in 45 minutes later still no food. I had to go to the door they finally came out said sorry were out of everything no ice for drinks no sauces Nothing, was then informed I could only get a refund if I called corporate. Was told the manager had refused to come in that day and that this young lady was going to quit her job bc of some choice cuss words towards sonic and her manager. Was told they should have been closed bc of how much of stuff they were out of... was dropping f bombs and other language, was also told that they were still processing orders they knew that they cannot fill but did so anyway and then sent customers to corporate for refunds??? It was definitely an interesting experience I reckon 1 I'll never forget
Placed an App order. Ordered 20 corn dogs, received 16. Ordered a large shake, did not receive. Ordered a 44 oz lemonade had to get a tea. Ordered a 44 oz coke had to get a tea. Ordered two small slushes, had to also get teas. So in total I'm out about $10 bucks. It's a 30 minute round trip from where we live. It's always a hassle when doing an online order here. Never again. Also no condiments or napkins.
Stopped by Sonic and how disappointing. I paid $8.59 for a chicken toaster sandwich and the chicken comes out super small, so small it looked funny like it belonged on a different kind of sandwich. It was dry and just generally tasted disgusting and shouldn't be served or consumed by anyone. Luckily I ordered a chili cheese coney with it that ended up being fantastic. I ate that with some cold tots and a large drink that was mostly ice. Honestly, I may never go back.
The mayo and lettuce was not right. It lasted on like wet paper. The whole three orders were squished into one tiny bag. The time was slow but faster then kfc.
Wait time is a little bit longer than it seems it should be but my slushy was well made.
We go for the drinks. Last time I was there the Chicago dog was off the menu.That was a good dog.
While traveling thru the area on a work trip, I discovered the nicest people ever there! Definitely went out of the way for me, not long before closing time. Absolutely great customer service!
I always have a problem when I go to this Sonic! This time they were out of hamburger patties! And so they offered me an upgrade...but the sandwich was supposed to have bacon and I assumed since the original had lettuce & Tomatoes, that the upgrade surely would...WRONG! I had order ketchup, straws and NAPKINS!
Every time I come here they make my order wrong. But this what put the icing on the cake. Baby girl took the hot dog out the wrapper and asked who bit her hot dog. Nowwww
