Great food but Awesome customer service!!! Very helpful hostess!!! Dry pleasant and friendly!!
please, please, open up you sitting areas. I would have loved to eat inside after a 5 hour drive. A couple walked out as soon as they walked in and the criticism your employees receive is appalling, as if it's their fault for following company protocol. I love steak n shake and still enjoyed the service. I don't even mind if you delete this post. please, at least consider it first. thank you
The food was good, and the shake was delicious.
Not enuf staff for a Sunday afternoon and our waitress blamed it on the holidays. Poor excuse to leave tables uncleared, people standing waiting for a table, waiting for service, waiting for food and even waiting to pay their bill. Never, ever, has it taken over an hour at any other Steak and Shake.
