This place and Sara are amazing!! I came thru Sunday for the first time. I ordered what I wanted. They don’t have exactly that but she was knowledgeable and made suggestions- it sounded great and tasted even better. I thought there was no way I would remember what She suggested when I came back on Tuesday but luckily she was there she remembered myself and my wife and knew exactly what we wanted again and it tasted exactly the same. This will be part of my morning routine going forward.

I go here several times a week and the coffee and food are always good However its not the just the coffee that keeps me going back it's the customer service. No matter how busy (and they usually are) there team is always friendly, kind and super efficient and that is always a good way to start your day!
Amazing! From south Florida visiting and have been to Sage every single morning. Coffee, Chai and bagels are the best I have had. I want them to franchise!!!!

Service was great and the coffee was even better! As recommended, I got the coffee cooler which was explained as a little stronger than regular iced coffee, with an addition of flavor(today's choice was cinnamon sticky bun!). I would absolutely go again!
The last few times I’ve been there since the name change I haven’t been impressed. Today was the worst. My partner ordered a chai tea with almond milk and what he was given was a plain iced coffee that had coffee grounds all at the bottom of the cup. The ellianos on main used to be my favorite out of the 2 in lake city I don’t know what’s happened to the service since the change but this is not ok. Really disappointed.
I had an excellent experience today! One of the baristas, Julia, came out and took my order on the tablet. She was friendly and informative. The pastry I ordered was delicious and my iced coffee drink was perfect! I will definitely be returning soon, to try there other items on the menu.
O my. Everything was good. The Salmon bagel was a little on the salty side but it's really good.
