Excellent food, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere
Server 1587 was amazing. All employees are energetic and positive. Fast service order was difficult but she got everything perfectly executed. And the salad bar at this restaurant was the only one I ever wanted to eat from. Everything on the bar was super fresh and refilled at three times since I stepped in the door. I think everyone that ate there got the $5.99 salad bar with their meal. Absolutely a great restaurant and I’m not a easy going person. I’m coming back.
Everything was great starting out. When me and my wife ordered them I didn't receive my food til 3 to4 minutes after she got hers and she didn't want to start without me. I ordered a second drink while I was eating I found a live fly halfway down in my drink. I ask to speak with the manager. He came to the table trying to joke about it. I didn't think it was funny. I hoped to treat my wife to a good mother's day meal and it got ruined. Even though he finally took care of the meal for us. I will probably never return there. He never took it seriously til he saw the look on my face after he tried to make a couple of jokes about it. Then he told me he would take care of the bill for me and offered us dessert. Then we left and didn't want anything else not even dessert.
My waitress Stephanie was the bomb. She suggested I have the shrimp parmesan pasta. Oh wow!! I am coming back again and again just for that alone. My husband and son had the 6oz steak special and there steaks (both medium cooked) were so incredibly soft. We haven’t been here for two years and I’m ready to come back tomorrow! Thank you Stephanie for wonderful customer service and excellent suggestions for me and my family.
While in town overnight, my husband and I just wanted a salad.... so we thought of Ruby Tuesday. As we were being seated, we noticed that the salad bar looked very picked over..... some items were almost bare. I asked the host who seated us if the bar would be replenished and he said YES. Our waitress assured us the same. However it never was. We were actually able to make 2 very good salads, but the food bar was very messy with scraps dropped all over other items. I have never seen a RT salad bar that was maintained so poorly. Because we will be traveling to this area a couple times each month, I sure hope we will see the salad bar looking better in the future.
Great little spot with an even better bartender Stephanie. This is the second time I have made it here on my travels around Florida, but the first time with Stephanie as my bartender. The guy on my last pass was very nice and attentive, as expected. I was just shown another level on this trip. The atmosphere is nice and laid back and the staff seems all around pleasant. I know many restaurants have had extreme problems with staff burnouts from extended hours and lack of additional help. I had the feeling that the manager is doing a great job dealing with all of the difficulties and running a great place. When the guy from the kitchen walks by and is singing the song being played, it says a lot about the overall management. Oh, and the food was pretty good too!
Our server was Michelle M and she was GREAT! She checked on us numerous times made sure we were happy and offered us all kinds of good things to eat. 5 stars for Michelle M
The front hostess needs a bit more experience before he was put in that position, did not have enough experience to know what parties to set. When and how many can sit at specific locations. Our server was Michelle and she was a very, very good. The food was delivered hot, and it was delicious. My bread on my sandwich was a little soggy with the broccoli put on the plate and not in a side cut. Other than that no complaints on any of the food or prep. Was very delicious.
The young woman who was bartending served us at a booth. She was professional, efficient and prompt. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. We had the salad bar which was well stocked and fresh. Tons of healthy choices. Lots of nuts and beans. It's been a long time since I've had their salad bar, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it.
Waitress had a bad attitude when she asked if we wanted drinks. Snoty. When I asked what was on tap. She really had an attitude. We left the table and went to the bar. Had our one drink and left. Went to dinner at lone star. I felt bad, but then somebody else stood up and left too. He had something to say about the service to. He left as am angry patron. Don't go here.
