Man, oh man! We bought papapia's, and we were blown away! Better than a calzone, they were very filling! Plus, when you order the bread sticks you get enough equivalent to a medium sized pizza!! Location may be short staffed, but service was beyond on point. Very attentive, and no delay either. Great location, strongly recommend to anyone looking for great pizza to take home for a nice family meal.
The New Yorker is a amazing Pizza by Papa John’s, I first tasted it in the Live Oak Papa John’s it was delicious crispy crust perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Ordered one from the Lake City location it was dry, no sauce and the dough was rubbery.
The new New York Style pizza I wasn't impressed. Didn't match up to the pizza I got in New York City while on vacation. Couldn't fold it it cracked in half. Cooked to long I guess tough pizza wouldn't order it again. Large bubbles on the pizza too. I was surprised they sent it out.
Bacon Mania was No Mania, a rip off, my pizza was Cold and some slices had No Bacon
The food was hot & delicious as it always is. Would recommend this papa johns to anyone in the area....100% satisfaction, freshness & deliciousness
They are quite nice! Delivers pretty much everywhere in the city, maybe some of the best pizza in the city as well. Also, the most important...they give you a pepper with every pizza. Yay pepper!
Monday afternoon around 5 pm .Horrible service. The girl was rude and never even spoke during the transaction. Very bad customer service!!!!
Orders are taken off site and delivered by third party. I don't know how pizza orders can get messed up but apparently if they do it's the fault of the outsourcing. We called to let Papa John's know about the misunderstanding of the order and the manager said "you can have it replaced but we can't get it to you, we can credit you or refund it. Those are your options". Not a great experience.
Their pizzas look nothing like their photos or advertising. Price increases are insane since 10 years ago. Got that Shaq pizza and it was 17 and change carry out. Not 13 like it was advertised. It was mostly cold, rubbery cheese, cardboard thin pizza. Very disappointing. The pizza tasted not bad, but was not worth almost 18 dollars for 1 topping.What are they thinking? The pizza,was not that big either. For a few bucks more I could have gone to a mom and pop place with big stretchy cheese slices.Not going back here ever again. I used to like their garden pizzas but those got too expensive too. This pizza always makes you feel bloated too.
Well papa John's is one of my favorite pizzas to order but this time there was hardly any sauce on my pizza my pizza wasn't cut all the way it was really a disappointment I don't know if I'll be ordering for them ever again
