Panera Bread in Lake City offers a convenient location to preorder and pick up food as you are passing through. There is a drive through window but the wait and lines seem a little congested at times. There is tons of parking out back. And the establishment is clean and orderly. The Panera Bread app for you phone allows you to preorder and save orders for the kids as our kids order the same thing every time. Check out and enjoy the convenience!
Parking lot needs a raiders of lost ark treasure map and a decoder ring to find a way in this yuppie nirvana. The people inside don't GAS and really could care less if you are there or not. Not very nice not helpful. Coffee is weak and Luke warm. Seating and walls are in serious bad need of a remodel. Oh I forgot I don't tip restaurants where I have to be the waitress.
Oriental salad was good. French onion soup could have been better. French baguette is always a good addition, they failed to include the butter I asked for.
I showed up at 8:55on Friday, there were other cars in line, I get to the order box and they tell me they’re closed, I asked when they closed, they said 9:00. I realize 8:55 is almost 9:00 but I had been in line and they still had other orders to work, it was clear, Panera was not interested in customer service this particular evening.
Consistently turned away from this location for breakfast, 10-15 min before the time they advertise breakfast ending. It’s normal to wait 10+ min in the drive thru or for a pick-up order. Like Panera but this location is slacking
My mac and cheese grill cheese was cold. They offered to remake immediately. The facility was clean and tidy. Just 3 stars for the cold food
Made order way wrong then made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I wanted it made correctly by rude customer service eye rolling. Then 1 employee set my bowls of food on the bench seats where everyone sits and touches and is rude when I didn’t want them set there will never come back to this location again

Do not recommend. Placed an order and it was my mistake that I couldn't pick it up at the right time it was Christmas eve and a personal matter happened . But I did call the next day they were opened and told them I would be there after church, once I got there I was then told my order was canceled after waiting forever in line. My order wasn't canceled. It says it was received and I was never issued a refund either. Someone at this branch took my order home and stole my money for the order. Literally have all the proof as well! And the employees lied to me about it when asked.
I will join most in saying this is not a good place to eat, I ordered a salad that had the dressing cup sitting inside the container,which they said was they're standard way of doing things. Covid people standard ways are old ways theses days or should be at least!!! Salad came with bread that was thrown in the bag on top of a box that who knows had already touched ungloved. A hard cinnamon roll never have I ever received anything refrigerator cold from Panera, a 1st. I called the complaint line they're no better promised me a 10.00 voucher a week ago that I still haven't received..Never Again..
