Lake City Panda express is the absolute worst. Honestly with the way things are run there they won't be in business much longer. 3rd time there and asked for sauce on my online order AND in person and the rude employee said "Is it for you?" "if it's on the ticket it's in the bag" So she gave me 4 soy sauces and I let it go. I got home and THERE WERE NO SAUCES IN THE BAG. Good thing I asked. This is not the first time it's happened either it's every time and I even MAX tipped them 5$, thinking that would improve attitudes...NOPE. I come from the service industry and it takes a lot to make me angry but that was the last straw.
You’d be better off going to Walmart and purchasing a frozen dinner. This location is always out of chicken, they have consistently closed early and the food is a hit or miss.
While I did not eat here today; our bus broke down in their parking lot and they were great to us. They were very accommodating and were willing and able to go above and beyond to keep us out of the rain until we were able to get on our bus.
The food is good when it's there, and the staff are always friendly. Last week made a visit. They where out of chicken teriyaki so I substituted, no real problem. This visit they had no mixed veggies ready. They told me it would be 15 minutes, I said I was willing to wait. Instead of writing down the order to fill, I was told to have a seat and step up to order when the veggies were ready. Unfortunately, a line formed, and I couldn't get through the line so I ran out of time for lunch and left hungry. Thank goodness Captain D's was easier to get through. This visit was technically a 1 in my opinion. The previous visit was a 4 so split the diff and it's a 2 for both. May try once more but needs improvement on service cause I hate giving bad reviews.
Went at 730 pm for dinner and only 2 entrees were available. Everything else would take 15-20 mins.
Good food. Friendly service
Love the consistency from restaurant to restaurant we can go anywhere across the US and get a very high quality meal for a good price.
It was okay, just okay. Everything comes out of a box anymore and all they're doing is heating it up and maybe putting a little sauce on it. The portions were noticeably smaller than they used to be but isn't that the way it's going everywhere? I guess they got to pay for everybody to get $12 an hour and they're doing that by not raising their prices but cutting down on portions.
Went here during normal dinner time hours and they were out of about half of the entrees. Got out of line and went somewhere else.
Went there yesterday at 2:47 pm, no customers, guy behind was making food for restaurant, we were totally ignored for 5 minutes. No joke 5 minutes, the guy looked at us three times then disappeared.. we left !! Should have known better but wife wanted to eat there the next day… At opening 11am exactly, food was cold and tasteless …. Will never go back to this location.. also grilled chicken wasn’t chicken breast … yuk !!! Not recommend !!!!
