Judy was unbelievably amazing!! We were a walk-in of 8 and she tended to all of us promptly and efficiently. She did so with a genuine smile and she deserves all the praise! Manager was also amazing in getting to us even when we didn't ask. Both anticipated needs and delivered with excellence. While this was a vacation, and I'll be unfortunately unlikely to return, I highly recommend this olive garden to anyone in the area!!
Their gluten free menu is sadly tiny. Nothing was marked with the G to indicate that it was prepared with no gluten ingredients except the pasta in the build your own pasta bowl, two sauce options, and either chicken, shrimp or (I think) meat for extra. I did have their salad with no croutons, but it was really disappointing. The last time I went to an Olive Garden they had more GF options.At least our server was wonderful and my kids enjoyed their food.
Great place to eat!! I ordered the Asiago Chicken Tortellini, the wife ordered the Tour of Italy!! We ate Gnocchi soup and took our entrees home!! The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and service.
Mia was an amazing waiter here at Olive Garden who made us enjoy our time a lot! Thank you very much!!!! The food was of course tasty as well!
Best place ever. Customer service is top quality from ALL employees and Manager. Everyone assisted with anything we needed and a checked on us.Woman needed help, the Manager called EMS and another employee also assisted.Highly recommend this establishment in Lake City.
Tonight our twin grandchildren asked to celebrate their seventh birthday at the Olive Garden. Early in the evening on a Wednesday the restaurant wasn’t very busy fortunately. Team unicorn Mary and Jessica did their best to keep up with a party of 10 but the kitchen was a bit slow and erratic. The food was tasty and prepared well but they were running a bit slow in the kitchen causing the meal to come out a bit disjointed. Our servers made sure we were as well taken care of as possible and provided good service and special attention. A very nice family night out recommended!
The food itself was very good. My family and I try to get something different every time we go. The menu is smaller than what it used to be, mainly focused on salads and pasta. The service could have been better though. We do have 2 children that my wife and I took with us. The first thing that I found interesting is that they say all the families with children on the opposite side of the restaurant. The server did stay fairly busy but he was not attentive. Even after pressing the "call waiter" button on the kiosk twice he never showed up to give us to go boxes or to refill our drinks. The only thing extra that we had asked for was ranch on the side for the salad. He ended up bringing two small sauce cups, one with ranch and one with Italian dressing. We don't need a waiter to come by every 5 minutes, but once in an hour is not favorable. If the service was better I would have rated 5 stars.

Our server David was awesome! He was very friendly and attentive to our needs while we were dining. There were many people dining at the restaurant and we expected a long wait, my wife and I were amazed at how fast our food came out. It was delicious and we very much enjoyed our dining experience. Have eaten here many times and will continue to do so.
Service was amazing. I ordered the tour of Italy everything was good except the chicken parmesan, it tasted like a frozen chicken patty. The tiramisu and brownie lasagna and all the other food was on point.
