Waited almost 15 minutes in line at the place where you order. Finally circled around. Went in and got to wait again. Ugh
Hello everyone when you are on the road and you are dealing with traffic gas prices and everything that you could think of the least you can spect is to stop at this Mcdonald's location and be treated with no respect by a cashier name Cynthia at this specific location, worst experience so far at any fast food restaurant ever!!!! ?????
It was a HOT MESS. Ordered at kisok, didn't get a receipt, so I asked they said it was fine. When my # was called I tried to clarify that it was my order the lady was confused. O confirmed what I ordered she said yes. I said I was missing my orange juice, she said they were making it. I opened my bag to eat my hash brown while I waited only to find my sandwich was wrong. The lady demanded a receipt even though the kiosk didn't print one, the then said she had to look it up. I told her I'd order a sausage biscuit with cheese, she repeated sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. I said no egg this went back and forth 3 times. Finally, got the right sandwich and OJ and left after almost 30 minutes. I took one sip of the OJ and it tasted sour. ?I get they are busy but this was ridiculous. ,Staffing wasn't an issue because one lady was wondering the lobby helping with the kiosk, etc.
Worst experience ever, cold food, rude employees, took fries back, just to have the female at the window tell us she will most likely forget about us and our food but to move up anyway, and then slammed the window in our face when we asked for a manager. Later same night, went back to pick up a delivery and had another female slouch on the counter and glare at us, and refuse to work or get us our other order. So this was same day giving McDonalds another shot to right a wrong, and they failed miserably. The front counter female mumbled that she hates her job and you better believe she means it! She will show you how much she hates her job I videoed her blatantly glaring and slouching on the counter and refusing to work. Why hire people who dont want to work? I do NOT recommend this McDonalds to anyone!
What can I say, it McDonald's they're always busy and this particular one is close to the interstate. The restaurant was clean and they move fast. We went inside to order and they have kiosk you can order from instead of going to the register. It looked like it only accepted card though, not cash so I went through the line. As busy as they were, their wasn't much of a wait. Our food came out fast and accurate. The staff were busy but not rude. They seem to hold it down pretty well as far as taking orders and getting food out. A heck of a lot better than the one by Winn Dixie. At least this location the staff had their pants pulled up and weren't sitting at the table next to us talking inappropriately around my small children while on break. If your in Lake City and want McDonald's, of definitely take the extra 5 minutes to drive past the other McDonald's to this one. It's faster, cleaner and the workers aren't as rude
We stopped on our way to Tampa. There was no one at the register and couple of people waiting in line, so we decides to order 2 coffees and shakes on the kiosk. They didn't have shakes or ice cream(no surprise). Wish they had some sort of sign to notify the customer. They replaced the shakes with smoothies.
I pulled thru drive thru for quick bite. Everything is great with McDonald's. I did have a little trouble tho getting their credit card merchant chine to except my card as payment. I didn't know what's up with that.-
I think 45 minutes is a little long for a fast food . They only take a few orders at a time in the drive through. 15 minutes at speaker, without being greeted. Then over 30 minutes to get food. Not interested in returning. Everyone that manages a fast food restaurant needs to work for Chick Fil A to get an understanding of what excellent customer service looks like. Shame shame
AC in the dining room must not be working it's like 100 degrees in there. Order for dine in and to lazy to bring it to the table and the girl that is suppose to be working the front is as friendly as a raccoon with rabies. Need some better Management to train better customer service. Sorry is as sorry does!
We placed our order on the kiosk at approximately 12:10 p.m. and for the next 10 minutes watched a dozen people who came in after us get their orders before us. We then had trouble getting the attention of staff to report the problem and had to reorder our food with them. It then took another 10-15 minutes to get our food and no one ever apologized for our inconvenience. We were EXTREMELY dissatisfied.
