just came thru drive thru and ordered 2 of the 40 pc nuggets and 2 lg fry bundles.for 14.99 a piece.. got home and im missing 40 nuggets. so i called and was told the bundle is 20 and 2 lg fries not 40. your sign says 40 as does online. wont be returning ill just take the loss. oh and all 4 lg fries were only half full. hot for once but only half a box
bad drive thru time but thats the usual here. they haven't messed up my order yet. ... o sorry I'm still at first window, I can lock my car in the drive thru and run to gate or sunstop, to put gas in my can for tomorrow because dang wouldn't you not believe they just stopped serving breakfast. and they just delivered myfood and they messed up my egg mcmuffins and hashbrowns order they gave me. it has fries and cheeseburger and a four piece nugget here's the funny part I said. nothing because the drive thru communication tech cut me off and said bro what the baby gone do. and I said what baby. he said all that crying you doing the baby ain't gonna have no job. I left it at he gone have yours.. well this is the story I came up with on why I didn't have what my mom sent me up here for. none of this is true I like McDonald's ?
Horrible! Bad attitude. I don’t know why I keep coming back in here. This one woman especially is always rude and at best very short. They all ignore everything and never make your food right. They went all day one day without putting ice in the machine in the lobby. I went back in that night and got a drink but the ice was still out. I asked for some and no one even acknowledged me. So I’m standing there with a dumbfound look on my face and they yelled hang on. And she asked if I was ok that I looked drunk and I told them I just didn’t get acknowledged or anything and they said nah man we heard ya chill out. No professionalism what so ever.
When does the beer party start? so I can stay clear of this restaurant! With these employees no wonder it takes 40 minutes to get a cheeseburger! WATCH WHO MAKES YOUR FOOD!! JS
Horrible customer service on [email protected]:16pm. I ordered 2 happy meals. One with 4 piece chicken nuggets and the other with 6 Pierce chicken nugget both with extra fries. Apparently, they only include a baby fry with the 4 piece but a small with the 6 piece? Whatever. So I'm asking why only one has extra fries and this girl wants to argue with me about what amounts to HALF A SMALL FRY. In the amount of time it took her to argue with me, holding up the line for another minute, that cost her restaurant more in sales than that half a fry was worth. Are you seriously in the habit of arguing with customers like this McDonald's? Does half a small fry mean that much to you? I'll be sure to tell my boys that one of them gets less fries than the other because your company was too greedy to spot him about 5 or 6 tiny pieces of potato!
Always get the same thing. 2 double cheese burgers, medium fries, and a large coke. Idk what happened but the last few times the burgers have been hard around the outside and she cheese aint even melted at all. It's like there old. Same with fries cold taste like they was cooked than set on rack than re dropped in fryer. Lol ? no joke either
I've loved Macdonald's my whole life. Birthday parties as a kid. Halloween happy meals served in plastic pumpkin buckets that you could use when trick-or-treating.There was always that 1 special thing though. The thing that made me love it.Their French Fries.The French Fries of old are gone. They're flavorless. There's no more fried until golden brown and perfect.The "cooking oil" they now use as a part of a health conscious gimmick, is just horrible and has ruined the thing that made Macdonald's stand apart from other burger chains.I wish I had been around for the Golden days of them using the rendered beef fat as their frying medium. That would have been amazing.I'm sorry, you can't call yourself "health conscious" and still serve double quarter pounders with cheese and bacon.Breakfast has also suffered greatly. Something as simple as "healthy" sausage patties on a McMuffin is enough to ruin it. Again, no flavor.Probably done as a customer now, even though most of the rest of the meal was acceptable.On a side note. There is a difference between spicy and overpoweringly spicy. If it negates the flavor of the rest of the sandwich, it's overpowered. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered definitely qualified for that category.
