I have never had an experience like I had there last week... I was treated disrespectfully by an employee who's name I believe was Donny (thin, dark-skinned middle age man) who was obviously upset when I politely asked how long my order would take before ordering. I just wanted to make sure I would have time to get to work because I had been late previously because they took so long. I DIDN'T even mention that, I just simply ASKED, without being rude.He then responded sarcastically that it would take a long time. I thought he had a sense of humor and laughed along with him.THEN I pull up to the window. AND since I had asked about the time he announces to his coworkers the situation... and even one of them calls him petty... as he decided to let my order of only two krystal burgers sit on the counter for a couple minutes (yes, I could see my TWO Krystals the entire time) . He played around while making me wait.I contacted corporate who have yet to respond and this was last week, I have never been given such service and as someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years, I am appalled that this would be acceptable.
Krystal isn't in my hometown, so any time I get the chance, I go! I was really hungry, so i ordered five cute little yummy burgers, chili cheese fries, and dag-gone vanilla milkshake! OMG....so good! Nothing like this place. Staff was great and very accommodating in spite of their drink machine malfunction. BTW, eyes were bigger than stomach!
Ordered a drink.Paid for it, then was given the drink with no ice, then they have the audacity to tell me they’re out of ice after they charged me. Their “hamburgers” aren’t even real meat either. Save your money. Ghetto drive thru girl. Management: stop paying her since she can’t do such a simple job.
I am very disappointed with the staff that works here. I came in the unlocked lobby and was informed that it was closed however a staff member had her boyfriend sitting in the lobby as he was inappropriately touching her. When this was all going on the the drive through was backed up because it seemed there was only one person working the manager was indulging in very unprofessional activities in a work environment. Very disappointed!
Would not recommend. asked for no onions settled for onions because I was told he would have to scrap them off and that was the best he could do. Food was SMOTHERED in onions and soggy 24 pack in the trash. Will make the extra trip alllllllll the way to live oak next time
Floor in dining room littered with food scraps, tables dirty,took 10min to place order, and another 20 to get same,only 2 other customers inside. Men's room was filthy, 4 people working......worst dining experience if ever had at Krystal....
?The 3 double, cheese, Krystal combo. We went through the drive thru, Lakisha was so friendly, everything was delicious & hot! I’m adding a picture of the doubles, receipt & the drive thru. Friendly staff, the young gentleman that brought our food out to our car ran back in to get ketchup. All thumbs up! Y’all need to be nice to the 2 people in there working! I think some of the mean comments are from trolls that want that deliciousness, but suffer from sticker shock!
It was terrible I went back today cuz last time the fries were awesome.. this time the burgers were all cold, like uncooked cold we got a 12 sack to go. Fries were even cold and old tasting
Do not stop at this location. Pulled in the drive through. Ordered 12 crystals and a small coke. Pulled up to the window and paid. Was told to pull forward. Waited for 25 minutes. Was finally brought a bag of cold burgers... no drink. Girl went back in brought me a DrPepper. I understand the labor shortage issue. But they served (i counted) 8 customers from the time I ordered until I was served.
Went to Krystal’s for lunch today around 11am, lobby was full of staff, went through the drive through and was told they are closed. Went back by this afternoon(4pm) and saw a car in the drive through and decided to stop. Was told they had just closed. I asked if they would actually be open tomorrow, since this past week it’s been our credit card machines are down, or their entire system was down and they said yes.Guy was pretty rude about the situation.
