Typical Hungry Howie's.Not always the cleanest, but the food is always good.I hate the fact when you call in, you get stuck speaking to someone overseas from call center that makes you want to hang up and get your pizza from someone else.
Went in store to pick up order. Was charged a different price as stated manager was rude and did not want to hear what I had to say. I pulled up my bank info and tried to show her the charges from different dates I have ordered there same items and asked why is my card being charged different prices. I showed her approximately 12 charges on my bank app. She again was rude I told her to keep pizza and I'd eat somewhere else unless you explain these different charges for the same items. She had no explanation. She took the price of the drinks off to lower price. Then walked to back talking under her breath and I heard her and talked to the counter employee and tried to explain the situation as well. I received my food and asked for my drinks from the lady at the counter. The manager accused me of trying to steal the drinks and had thought I was already given the sodas. I never left the store was a dine in order. She cursed me told me to get out of her [email protected]#$&^# store lol. I made her refund my money and left the store. This is my opinion and can verify by the security footage in store

Do not order from here. I was quoted 60 minutes online for my order. After waiting an hour I called and ask where my food was and it hadn't even been started yet. I waited another hour and still hadn't received my food and the manager rudely told me that if I wanted an accurate delivery time I should of called instead of ordering online. I didn't complain then because she offered to give me a future credit due to it taking so long. I finally got my food 2 hours and 45 minutes later. I finally decided to use my credit today and when I called I was told they have no record of the credit. This place is a joke. They don't care when you get your food and they don't care about fulfilling future promises. There is too many other pizza options in this town to choose to deal with this joke of a restaurant..
Ordered $60 worth of food, im still waiting on the delivery as I write this 2 hours and 12 minutes after ordering. I called them 45 min ago and they told me it was on its way, already left the building. I literally live only 20 min away. I just called back to check again, I was told "the driver is on your street right now.", mind you my street is only a quarter mile long. No sooner than this was said, my other line beeped in, its the driver saying he's still 15min away. This is absolutely unacceptable. Totally unsatisfied and upset.

The Hungry Howies here in lake city has ALWAYS been amazing!! I came in today on Christmas Eve to pick up an order for my Mother and when I came in there was a KAREN counting every piece of topping in her pizza and complained that they skimped on the toppings! I have worked in food service before and understand there is certain portions (like they told the Karen) they have to follow and she still was ungrateful! I appreciate the staff at the lake city hungry howies for working this late on Christmas Eve and believe they all deserve a raise for dealing with the ignorant people of lake city and appreciate them very much! You guys are doing an amazing job and don’t let anyone tell you differently!!!
When I was hungriest, the pizza was delivered. It, was fresh& hot& delicious. I, recommend, the cheesy bread, as well. Bayo
