Places kind of been let go from what it used to be.Seems like every time I go there the people are busy talking to each other or hanging out in the lobby and not working in the back.Not sure what they're trying to do with the fries. come out a little on the raw side but they had crispy things stuck to them.
On Friday the 13th I was in Hardee's in lake City. I've observed two gentlemen for that. Work there from the kitchen. Go into the bathroom with those rubber gloves on that you serve food with. They came out of the bathroom with the same rubber glows on. They went to the kitchen, did not wash their hands and went right back to cooking food. I will never eat it this Hardee's
Closed at 5:30 on a Saturday? No car in the lot nobody answering drive thru screen and nobody inside.
Went there for breakfast. The biscuits were in shape of heart for Valentine's day weekend but they were overcooked and dry. Sweet idea though. The bacon was undercooked. The cashier was rude causing me to be rude as well. Employees seem to not care.
Went to pickup a DoorDash order on a holiday. Google said they were open. The handwritten sign on the door said they'd be open a couple more hours but lobby was locked. Went through drive-thru and was told they were closed. I told them their sign said they didn't close for a couple more hours and I had a DoorDash delivery to pick up. Guy said again they were closed. I suggested that they post an accurate sign and drove on thru. The guy came out into the parking lot to my car being aggressive and insulting to the work I do acting like he just wanted a reason to fight with someone. I had to leave before I decided to give him what he wanted.
Don't care about the customer. Expect you to come in or drive back around for items not put in bag that was ordered. I would not recommend this place for poor service. Wanted to give zero rating instead
I'm visiting from where there are no Hardees. Frankly, I'm glad.I tried the pork chop biscuit.It was quite pretty to look at.It had no taste.Although deep fried, it had no crunch.The gravy made a nice glue to keep it stuck to the biscuit but gave no flavor.The meat of the chop had a nice chew, but nothing to taste like pork.
Good grilled chicken
Biscuits are usually fresh n fluffy but the meat, especially steak biscuit, are dry n taste old. Great chicken tenders
15 mins to be pulled up and wait another ten for one burger. Avoid this if you have a lunch schedule. You'll be late.
