Incompetent workers. The cashier ava was rude and deaf and whoever made my burger obviously can't read. I've stopped here multiple times over the years and my order always ends up wrong.
Services usually pretty good there, but for some reason the food is not as hot as it should be when it comes out. It's like it's pre-cooked and kept in a pan
Cold fries. Burger was wrong. Cashier was completely rude so I didn't even ask to fix the issue.
This is why I don't eat at fast-food restaurants . We ordered two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and they gave us two ham sandwiches in the lady literally threw the food in our window. WoW what happened to customer service
When you go into the restaurant all the employees yell welcome! I’d feel more welcome if my food was hot when I ordered it! The fries were cold and so was the hamburger ? The tomato that they put on my hamburger was the end piece of the tomato! They didn’t botherTo scoop out the center!!!
Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. They prepared my food just as I ordered it, the way that I ordered it, and it was hot as I liked
Great food and wonderful service.. I had been on a very long road trip and I was in a bad mood and the cheerful disposition of the lady at the register just really made my whole night. I don't remember what her name was but she deserves a raise.
Came thru this Hardee's tonight at 11:00 and 3 employees were taking break at the same time while 2 people including myself were waiting in drive thru to order. The employees stood there watching us and eventually came back inside and started taking orders.
