I had the shrimp Cuban sandwich and it was amazing. the customer service was great and the margaritas were delish

Stopped in at Gators dockside for a graduation celebration it was a party of over 20 but We did call ahead for a reservation. Our server was a little new to the job I think but did her best and our celebration was a success . I would also like to say they were very family friendly gave us a nice large area on the patio. Half our party consisted of young children and the staff were helpful in meeting all our needs. Stop In highly recommend!
I would give you two stars because of the HUGE disappointment from us on the menu change, but we recognize that’s probably out of your control at this location. We liked to come in regularly and get the mojo pork tacos, street corn dip, and summer salad. Before the menu change (we were never notified the menu was changing) I told one of our servers that I appreciated all of our favorite items because they’re unique and you can’t find really any of those items around here like that. All of that was taken off, and there isn’t really anything on the menu now inviting us to come back regularly.But great service every time we come (sometimes just a little slow on the kitchen side.) We don’t love taking our kids out to a lot of restaurants, so that’s huge. The servers always interact with my two year old and treat her like a customer and she loves it, and we appreciate that.
Good: Staff friendly and helpful Bad: 1. Pork tacos - dry meat no toppings - no taste 2. Chicken bowl - no flavour teriyaki sauce overpowered bowl; the ingredients were fair 2, Phylli steak sandwich - not enough did not cover the bun which was supposed hoagie bun but a hot dog bun very little onions and the cheese souce was disgusting All food was room temperature
Usually we love this place. We had stopped in for dinner on our 10th wedding anniversary. (Long story) We were seated out on the patio which is actually our preferred place to sit when we come here. There were 2 large groups that were sitting out there. They were loud and obnoxious. We did our best to ignore them, and it was difficult to say the least. We watched multiple tables that had been seated, get up and leave due to the volume and topics of conversation. One family had children and were not happy with the situation and left.Our waitress apologized and said the group had been there for hours and were drinking heavily. Others had left prior to us.When their check came more drama and cussing, drunk egos and attitudes. Waitress said they had to take off over $100.00 from their bill for disputed alcohol.Our food came and my Garlic Knot Sliders were rock hard. I literally tried to cut the knot with my Steak Knife, no luck. (When I showed the waitress, she did remove it from our bill.)All in all it was not the best experience, especially for being an Anniversary dinner.(Multiple situations where Management should have stepped in and diffused the situation.)
Pretty great establishment here. Ordered a very precise meal for pickup yesterday evening. It was all messed up between missing condiments and toppings along with everything being cold but I called back to speak with the manager. She told me the hosts who helped me didn't have adequate training and offered to remake the order to which I accepted. She went over the order with me before I walked out the second time around. Everything was great especially the fries. I would definitely come back to dine in though because the atmosphere was amazing, great energy. A couple of the staff noticed my Ghostemane tattoo which was also pretty rad. ?
The quickly accommodated our large group of kids & families is their outside eating area. They were patient with the large table of 12 year old baseball players & made for a great experience for them.
Traveling to and from Florida from Missouri and looking for dog friendly restaurant. This is the place for you. Loved it so much on the way down we stopped on our way back. Porch seating is very shady and comfortable. The food was fantastic. I had the Turkey Avacado salad both times and my hubs had BBQ pork sandwich with fries. On a lunch menu and very reasonable. The servicewas quick and John our server very personable Both times the staff brought a small treat out for my girl and offered water. Such a great experience for people and pets. Will definitely come to next year
