I’m on the road traveling and ordered a late dinner for me and my family. The three kids meals were packaged and delivered without the drinks or brownies. Firehouse is a usual go-to for quick meals for us and I don’t have any issues, but I do have issue with delivering incomplete orders and accepting full payment.If a rep from this store could contact me and work a refund that’d be great

I definitely been to better Firehouse subs. But this one's okay. Had to send my so bad because it was cold it was supposed to be hot and came back a second time lukewarm.
Usually don't go there, their subs are generally too sweet for my liking. But it was a TMobile deal and we needed a quick bite. The sub was as expected, too sweet, they've still got the just moved in vibe, and why is it always hazy in the store? On the plus side, the staff were nice and didn't have any issues with my requests.
The Steak&Cheese is the absolute best!
I stopped by a week ago and got a hero sub.. I go to firehouse subs frequently. It took 32 minutes for them to make my sub. Not included the time I waited to place an order. The sub was not the best I've had.However, today I went in and placed an order for 6 subs. I got them home, no pickles ( on them or on the side). Half the meat, poorly assembled. Took 23 minutes to receive the subs.
Staff usually friendly, orders usually correct. Little high for sub sandwich but food is good and fresh majority of time.
It was OK, tasted good but have had better.
I love this location for lunch every time I am in lake city!! The staff is super friendly and orders are always prepared fast and fresh. Very clean as well. I highly recommend this location!!
First time going, very tasty. Would definitely suggest the turkey bacon ranch sub, the pickles are sub par, and the buildings a little small. 4/5
