Obviously it's great service but the last time my boyfriend went there they was out of the glazed donuts so I tried calling 3 times to see if they have them back yet and no one is answering and the website says there still open. I'm not understanding why no one is picking up the phone. I work food service even if you can't take an order you still answer the phone and ask for them to wait a moment.
Watch out, this is the second time I’m given decaf after asking for a regular coffee. Employees expect regular coffee drinkers not going to notice, or I have very bad luck that they made a mistake.

No good selection of donuts , was told that they don't make fresh donuts regularly , if it out it's out until the next day .
Best Dunkin yet! My husband and I are truck drivers just stopped in this morning. Smiling faces and fresh food everything a trucker wants. They had a variety of staff working. We where taken care of by a young man who was polite and efficient very refreshing to be served by respectful people especially in these times
This Dunkin staff was the best customer service I’ve had in awhile, Sam was so friendly and personal and her coworker was also friendly and worked quickly to make my drink while Sam helped me with my donuts.I was so thankful for these today, and was so happy to have met such a friendly person.I highly recommend this Dunkin
My husband and I stopped here after parking at the TA next door for the night. I didn’t realize that they were very close to closing (I got it mixed up with the other Lake City Dunkin that closes at 10pm or so??), and I didn’t notice until they were cleaning after taking our order. The staff was kind, gracious, and our experience was wonderful. Our food & drinks were DELICIOUS. We unfortunately didn’t catch any names, but we will make it a point to stop at this Dunkin as often as we’re in Florida, just for the customer service alone. Thank you guys!! ??
