Amazing customer service. He remade my drink after I told him I have a dairy allergy because the spoon ? that he mixed the sweetener in my unsweetened tea may have been in contact with milk. Unfortunately I forgot to get his name but he deserves an award and a bonus!
NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! THEY ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF POPEYES. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I paid with a card and upon receiving my card back I was not handed/offered a receipt. Mind you this was my second time going to Dunkin Donuts and they do not give out receipts unless you ask apparently. I didn’t check the bag at the window and drove off. After pulling off I realized I was missing the hash browns and figured I’d call and it would be a simple fix no problem. I called MULTIPLE times and did NOT get an answer and they were not busy. I went to work and asked a coworker if she would go by and see if they’d give them to her since I had been up there no longer than 30 minutes prior. She returned to work and said they wouldn’t give them to her because she “didn’t have a receipt”. I was furious at this point because I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone! Then when I went on my lunch break I returned to the Dunkin Donuts store and an employee came to the window and I began to explain what was wrong and she cut me off, walked away from me rolling her eyes, and I’m assuming spoke with the “manager” and the manager didn’t come to the window, turn around to look at me, or anything just shrugged her shoulders and the employee walked away from her and came back with a bag and said here you go and closed the window. When I looked in the bag before driving off, I was ENRAGED because they gave me soggy burnt beyond desire, hash browns that were OLD! As I stated earlier that was my second time going to Dunkin Donuts and it will most definitely be my last I will not recommend it to anyone else. I usually go to Starbucks and I was trying to try something different but I will not be spending anymore money at Dunkin Donuts in Lake City (even though it was a measly $7.99) because it is very apparent the environment there from management down to employees is unprofessional both in appearance and customer relations, lacking BASIC customer service skills such as their job duties, and downright utterly and completely detestable.
I didn't find the donuts as fresh as they should have been. The taste was very good.
Good coffee.... I haven't had the donuts in the morning so I don't know how they may taste then but I can tell you that by the evening they are sparse and kind of dry.
I can NEVER get the correct coffee. I avoid this Dunkin at all cost. Do not train employees on how to make good coffee.
never answers the telephone always out of its bagged coffee and its a 50/50 on if whoever they hired and didnt fire yet knows what they are doing or cares enough or not to depend on if whatever you order will be edible or not.
Food was good, but I asked for heavy cream in my coffee, and instead they put 10 creams (aka heavy on the cream). Also super frustrating they got rid of their 2 for $2 wake up wraps!
Coffee. Extra shot & a plusss...almond milk. Oh happy day. My lactose intolerant stomach is happy. Thank you ?
Excellent coffee friendly's customer service had a great visit
The coffee tasted old and burnt and the bagles i got were stale really wasn't happy 13 bucks for 2 stale bagles and 1 medium coffee all went in the trash, the only reason I give 1 star was because the woman that waited on me was exceptionally nice,I'll never go back to that dunkies.
