The food was great as always but what gets me is why the darker skinned girls have hair past there butt and not put up, while the lighter skinned girls hair wasn't even past there shoulders but made to put there hair up. I wasnt going to say anything about it I hate complaining but when I found a piece of weave on my tender box. Very unprofessional.
First off, my order took 27min to get. I pulled around to a parking spot to wait on my food. A lady brought out the wrong order not once, but twice. So about the 20min mark I went inside to find a very inexperienced careless manager, and her young crew. While I waited inside, apparently the grill caught fire, and the manager grabbed a fire extinguisher, then said “I don’t care I leave soon anyway” with repeated “ oh mah gawd’s” from multiple employees. There was no acknowledgement or admittance until I was handed my food and asked “you want sauce?”. Upon receiving my food, half of it was cold, but atleast the blizzard I ordered was only half melted by the time I left right? Great place for ice cream, but if you want professionalism, any sort of manners at all, or hot food I would never recommend this DQ

Not one to leave reviews but something needs to be done. Drove through 3 weeks ago and ordered was told to pull ahead by miss rude, waited and waited no one came, walked inside and was told my order was given to someone else no apologies given from miss rude, and no offer to get my food, drinks had no syrup front or back machine so I ask for money back.Tonight drive through first girl at window was nice then the other very rude girl came to window , no eye contact would not even look as ice cream handed out window. Again was asked by another nice lady to pull forward, 5 minutes later miss rude came out with food not a word with a sour look on her face. I’m sorry but some people have no clue what customer service is or just don’t care 2x’s now. Oh didn’t get my drinks so had to pull around and go inside. 2 strikes and I see others have left bad reviews. Get it fixed !!!!
Ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard at drive thru. They said they were out of vanilla ice cream and only had chocolate ice cream. (How do you run out of vanilla ice cream at DQ? Seriously!) I said OK. I get to the pick up window (after a five minute wait in line) and she goes to hand me a blizzard and says Butterfinger Blizzard? I said no, Peanut Butter cup. So I wait a few more minutes while they make the blizzard. They hand it to me and I don't know what it is but it is not Peanut Butter Cup. It tasted like cherry ice cream and I don't know what candy was in it. I took it inside and asked them to remake it. This time it still tasted like cherry ice cream but with chocolate bits. I got a refund. I think maybe the ice cream had gone bad.
This Dairy Queen sucks!!! I went to order two blizzards and as soon as I did the order taker left when I wasn’t done and left me standing there for 5 min. Let me say this, there’s no line and two other people where hear before me waiting 25 minutes for there food. So when I do get to finish my order they take 15 min for just fries and gravy. I work in the Restaurant industry and it does not take more then 5 min to make fries in the fryer. Also a couple came in and not even 5 min of sitting down get all there food. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND ARE SNOBBY
if my Blizzard wounded had cookies all the way to the bottom instead half way down it could ed been better I will say that guess they was busy I can all ways get a shake closer next time
Get to lake city location site and sign say lobby hours 10 am. 1022 still not opened. 8 vechs pull up to go in still locked 1100. Call number lady who answers say sorry but lobby is closed. Hey everyone is short staffed right Ok not big deal but can't get around delivery truck to go thru drive thru. But hey what ever that what the kids want as there special treat. Order food hey no gravy for tenders but we can make some it will only take 10 mins yeah ok no thanks. By this time im only one here pay for food get one of 2 blizzards that were ordered then asked to pull forward to wait for fresh strips. Ok figured you would have all this set by 11 o'clock. But pull forward to wait 10 mins for my food and second blizzadrd. By this time I could have gotten the gravy. Total time invested 57 minutes only person there ( other come and went) definitely not a return to spot for me but hey pull forward so we can trick our s.o.s.
Worse Dairy Queen I have been to. They mess up taking your order. They make you wait 10 minutes plus for your food in drive thru, and when you order four straps you get three strips and a nugget. Not to mention you pay more for the 4. Oh and they won't give you coke zero through drive thru but you can get it inside. Like what is that about?
The gravy that came with my chicken strip basket looked like Mac and chz then the worst part there was two lady's with three feet of hair that were running the drive thru were swinging there hair in circles there's no telling how much hair was served on that night in everyone's orders aren't they supposed to wear hairnets ??
