Our server Megan K and the cashier staff of amazing Jade and fast and efficient John made our visit extra special with great service, and a side order of smiles. We came Friday night at the dinner hour 6:30 pm approx and were seated almost immediately. Our server Megan was fast , checked in often and provided wonderful service. After looking at all the great merchandise with my wife we made a small purchase and checked out with a very friendly fast and upbeat Jade and John! Stop in the food is great and the sweet tea is cold
Always a delectable dining experience. Staff are friendly even though they're super busy. Country store staff always also have time to stop and say hello & brighten up my day with a little conversation. They all seem so happy to be there. The store has such unique items including old fashioned candy + sodas. It's one of our favorite dining + shopping stops.
Food was great. Our server was beyond terrible. I work in a restaurant, AS A SERVER, so I know what service should be. After we were sat, the woman came and got our drink order within about two minutes (good). IT TOOK US ALMOST 15 minutes to get our two waters. We almost left and went to ihop, but we didn’t because we really wanted the southern cooking. I have zero complaints on the food, like I said. But after we got our waters, we ordered. Food was brought out by another server who was friendly. Our waitress never came and checked back up on us. We got pancakes with our meal and were never given syrup. I had to get up and go ask someone because our server was nowhere to be found and had never came back. We watched another table beside us get up and leave. (It was the same waitress as us)The gift shop was cool and clean. We played checkers while we waited for our table. Also found a book from my childhood.
Biscuits and gravy were bad. Coffee was watered-down. Not a good overall experience for it being Cracker Barrel.
Big rig friendly parking area. Designated long parking sites for vehicles in tow. Easy to navigate. Close to diesel fuel, shopping, and other amenities. Our four-star waitress was great. Food came out in a reasonable time. Meatloaf was overcooked & dry w/burnt edges. Seasonal squash casserole stole the show.Bathrooms were decent… as usual.Among the plethora of items to choose from in their shop, they have souvenirs including FL shirts & magnets.Some guy at the register tried to sell my husband candy. It was weird.Cashiers did not acknowledge my existence until I stood in front of them for a while. (I checked out after my husband paid for our meal.) The guy I stood in front of while waiting to pay, counted cash & didn’t make eye contact. Finally another female cashier asked me to step over to her register. Both of the cashiers seemed to be in la-la land. It was awkward & made me feel uncomfortable.
Had a very good experience at this particular location. In the past any Cracker Barrel you went to was great but here lately since covid it's hit-and-miss on how long it will take to sit down. I hate to wait when I'm hungry but unfortunately if you're going to go somewhere popular it's going to happen. Had to wait an hour here at lunch to eat but I was traveling so it is what it is

If I could rate this Cracker Barrel 0 stars I would. From the front of the house to the back of the house this Cracker Barrel absolutely sucks! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel location. I came in with a party of eight and everyone’s food was improperly cooked. Steaks that were made to be medium rare came back cooked all the way through and beyond chewy. I couldn’t even bite through my chicken tenders. Our waiter was awful! She left in the middle of us talking to her, got our orders wrong and we had remind her multiple times for things we ordered. After talking to The manager it was obvious that they just don’t care. The manager herself was extremely insensitive to the situation and just said sorry. The food was not removed from the bill, no discounts were offered no resolution nothing. She genuinely didn’t care at all.
They had a shift change.. our waitress left no one attended us 30 mins no refills if we wanted to we could have walked out and no one noticed.
