I really do love coming here and i do it as gotten as I can. Sometimes they seem to skimp out on the amount of stuff that you order.. I order the same thing each time and it's consistent 70% of the time. I never get extra garlic even though I ask and am charged:/However, the restaurant has always been clean, staff has always been very nice and pleasant- aside from the few who sit at the register and stare at you (why do you do that?)- food always comes in a timely manner
Ordered our food Togo it was ready when my husband arrived. Ordered 3 different meals. The first order was a #4 with an extra crab cluster and the (2) boiled eggs. The eggs were missing. The second order was the lobster combo the crab legs were so soft you could just bend them.the lobster was curled up and the meat was hard to get out. Also ordered (2) eggs which I got. The 3rd Order was a build your own combo which we ordered a low country boil with sausage and two crab clusters which my son said it was good no problems. This is our first time ordering Togo so we will definitely check our food before we leave next time.
Not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews. First thing they did was bring me a dirty cup with paper residue on the inside. I saw on a previous comment that the tartar sauce was spoiled, it was definitely spoiled. I definitely believe they fried multiple things in the same grease (ex. Fish and fries in the same grease). The atmosphere definitely feels like a Chinese restaurant with the way the menus are made. Feels like cheap fast food vibes. Definitely think I avoided food poisoning.
Delicious seafood at a great price! Generous portions too! Great staff that is friendly and attentive. Loved that my food was steamed cooked together in a bag with my choice of favor. Easy clean up system in place! Very clean with awesome decor as well. This is a must stop for lunch or dinner! Will stop again when in town!
Food was super delicious! Got the garlic butter lobster combo was really tasty and filling. The waitress was really friendly and super attentive. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was inviting and with all that being said we will be visiting here again very soon.
Ordered iced tea. When it came out it looked like water. I literally asked the server if he mistakenly brought me water. He assured me that it was tea. I tasted it and could just barely taste tea. Very watered down!Next, my wife had ordered the sweet potato fries. They were cut waffle style and, along with the hush puppies, were the only thing that was good. My fried oysters were encased it very thick and hard batter and my fries were so bad that I told my server (I seldom say anything but he specifically asked). I didn't eat them but he made no offer to adjust the price of my meal.This is my no means a quality seafood establishment. More of a fast food quality with somewhere to sit down.
No thanks. Bag boils are just dump and go serving. Horrible food presentation. The food smells like a bait shop. Everthing taste extemely fishy. And the fried is dried and tasteless. Way to expensive for what you get and how its brought to the table. Very uncomfortable environment. They make you feel rushed and that you bother them for service. We will never be back. It felt more like an assembly line instead of a sit down resturant.
I order snow crab legs they were god-awful tasted sour said something to the waitress nothing, paid my bill told the manager about the food how bad it was, he just looked at me like I was stupid !!! I paid my bill wasn’t looking for anything just to say hey your crab legs are bad don’t want anyone to get sick!!! Just turned away from me
The wings were so good.. I had the captain crab hot seasoning on them... They were soooo delicious.. My husband had the bag with the snow crab and sausage, shrimp, potatoes, corn, amd eggs. He enjoyed his also.
This place is an atrocity. An absolute waste of American Business. Customer service and food quality are THIRD WORLD. Extremely displeasing service. Unprofessional management. Seafood lovers you will be disappointed in your portions and quality. Waiting to endorse a better establishment. This is absolutely not it.
