Samantha was the BEST. Will make this my travel stop, from GA and was in the area shopping glad We chose Burger King in Lake City Fl off I75.
We had a problem with two of the Whoppers and the manager gave us two offers french fries and everything else the lady was the nicest lady ever problem that we had was with the toaster then I just received a new toaster
Place always messes up on the orders & can never get my orders right. Whether I spend $15 or $40 there is always sumthing messed up. Make sure u check ur food before u leave drive thru or dine in cuz 8/10 they r gonna mess ur order up. Then wen they take ur name down to replace ur order on ur next visit they can't find ur name so ur screwed on ur replacement items. This place don't deserve minimum wage let alone $15/hr. If u can't make a sandwich & make an order correctly then find another job. Very disappointed in this restaurant.
Best Burger King I've ever had in my life! Fresh and perfectly cooked food, clean establishment, convenient to freeway and connected to a gas station with impossibly clean bathrooms.
Kinda slow cuz they were busy..but my sweet teas weren't sweet an dbl whopper wasn't right
Christmas Day and taken care of like a King!! Drive through was quick, folks friendly, and food was nice and hot. Thank you ALL and Merry Christmas!!!

I went there for the first time in years this rising[AM].Ordered a bacon egg cheese sandwich & it came flimsy & looked like it was misisng the bacin, i opened it & theres ONE small piece of bacon broken in half on it.Smh like seriously.Tighten up.
The manager Sam was awesome she went over and beyond to make sure my food was right and hot…everyone I come through I order same thing and it normally is messed up and peoples attitudes are horrendous when you ask them to please fix it….I will deafintly come back if Sam’s at work
Usually when traveling, I don't expect fantastic service.....this was so not my experience! Awesome customer service and the food was fresh and hot!
